"Always love staying at Dormy inn for their free onsen, free yakult, free ice-cream and especially free ramen during the night time from 2130 to 2300. The room is clean, quiet and spacious with a seating area. Location is just nice, about 600m walk from JR station, 500m walk to the Kehi -Jingu Shrine, 3.3 km walk to the Nihonkai Sakana fish market. Most of the shops in the fish market closed at around 4.30 pm. A supermarket is just located at the opposite side, can get some offered items after 5 pm. Get lots of offered food from the supermarket for the breakfast. So I don't try their breakfast. Will definitely stay in this hotel if I return to Tsuruga again."

"The room was exactly the Japanese-style room I had imagined, very comfortable. The balcony had a washbasin, which was convenient for larger groups. The onsen (hot spring) was fantastic. Complimentary drinks were served in the evenings, and you could comfortably relax in the lobby. There were three discount stores opposite the hotel, perfect for those who wanted to do some shopping."

"This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at! It's a beautiful hotel with a 'Japanese' theme, and every corner was meticulously maintained. When checking in, a staff member pleasantly offered to wipe the wheels of my suitcase because the floors were tatami, which was a nice touch. There were so many free amenities, it was amazing! There was a massage chair, manga (which you could take to your room), Yakult and ice cream after your bath, and even late-night soba noodles! You could also get ice in paper cups, so I could chill drinks from the vending machine next door. What I particularly loved was the cold pillow! Pillowcases and ice pillows were available outside the changing room, and I brought one to my room to use while sleeping. I had such a good night's sleep! You could also watch subscription services in the room (this was paid). The breakfast was delicious too... Honestly, everything was perfect! The bath area was also lovely, with wind chimes softly jingling, and the sauna smelled great. The shower was a ReFa, and the hairdryer was a Kinujo... (Incidentally, I was so impressed that I bought a ReFa shower head for my own home after I got back!) Everything I've ever wished for in a hotel was here! It was so good that I'm already planning my next trip specifically to stay at another 'Nono' series Dormy Inn hotel! The hotel is now the destination itself! Thank you so much! It made for a wonderful trip!"

"The hotel is quite well priced with a great Onsen on the roof. The rooms are clean and quite big. Free laundry was also a good amenity. However, it is quite far from the fukui station and you need to walk a bit to a convenience store nearby. Vending machines are available for drinks inside the hotwl"

"Business hotel price, includes free breakfast. All rooms at Toyoko Inn have the same design style. High value for money. Paid parking is available. Parking is very convenient if you drive. About a 10-minute walk from Tsuruga Station. Restaurants and convenience stores are nearby, very convenient."

"Is it Taisho-era retro? Or Showa-era retro? This inn is quiet, relaxing, and has a great atmosphere. I was glad the hot springs were empty. The souvenir shop inside the inn has a good selection and good taste. I was able to enjoy a leisurely dinner and breakfast, and I was full. I also received a discount coupon for Tojinbo Tower, so I went up the tower."

"Hotel was located right next to the train station which was very convenient. Self Check-in and -out was simple via an automated station but the staff was quick to assist as it was my first time. Breakfast was rice with salad potato salad, omelette, miso soup and some bread. Orange juice or iced tea was also provided. Room was quite standard as with other hotels I've stayed in. Basic amenities are available to pick up at the ground floor if necessary."

"This hotel is super convenient, really close to the JR station and bus stop, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed for two nights, and if you opt out of housekeeping on the second day, you get a ¥500 discount coupon for several restaurants nearby, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were also very professional and friendly. I reported a clogged toilet in the morning, and by the time I got back to my room in the afternoon, it was already fixed! I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."
