Hotels With parking in Lazio, Italy

Spent five nights here at around Easter time, visiting my relatives living nearby. Hotel is a hidden gem - really beautiful, ancient, quiet; with magnificent panoramic view of Rome, esp at night. Staff are all very nice, friendly and provide help whenever required. Breakfast is fine, not much in variety but for me it's good enough. will certainly come again when I next visit Rome/grottaferrata.

An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Room Decor: Typical Rome hotel style. The room isn't actually in the main building (confirm this when booking); it's in a neighboring residential building. It's relatively spacious, with a high window that offers little to no view outside, only good for ventilation. Soundproofing is terrible; at night, you can clearly hear conversations, hairdryers, and toilet flushing from next door. Bedding and Towels: Normal, comfortable, and clean. Location: While advertised as being in Plaza de España, it's actually on a hill. You need to take an elevator from the metro exit to the street above. The hotel didn't email us directions beforehand, causing me to get lost following Google Maps. I ended up carrying a large suitcase up about four flights of stairs at night. When I called the hotel, the front desk said there was only one person available and they couldn't come to meet me. Although they apologized afterward, it was still a huge inconvenience. I can't believe this is the kind of service you get for 2000 euros. Recommendation: Definitely take a taxi to the hotel. There's about a four-story difference between the ground-level plaza and the street above Plaza de España. Although there's an elevator from the metro exit, you might not be able to find it without knowing the route, and the hotel didn't inform me beforehand. It's worth noting that the elevator closes late at night. I stayed two nights, and both times I had to climb a long flight of stairs to get back to the hotel because the elevator was closed. If you don't mind climbing stairs, you can ignore this.

Very well placed, just next to the Termini Station, in a very calm and safe street. Big hotel, 6 floors. Restaurant and bar on the top floor with a nice terrace and view. Nice decoration. A lot of large and cozy spaces where to sit in the public area. Great breakfast. Rooms are correct for the price. I highly recommend it.

The Prima GuestHouse is a blend between hotel and B&B. While the location beside a major road might be noisy at times, the double pane Glassdoor does a lot to reduce the noise level. It is 10min walk from Lepanto subway and highly accessible to both downtown Rome and the Vatican. Can’t compliment enough on location. The staff is very friendly and helpful but note that they are around between 8am to 8pm local time. If you need anything beyond that time, you’re out of luck. Located in a very safe neighborhood with armed security in nearby buildings. There’s an embassy on 1st floor. Breakfast is comprehensive and good quality. They give 2 bottle of water on arrival. Amenities in the room is complete.

The building and common areas seem quite old. The rooms, however, are renovated and fairly new. The cleanliness, though, does seem a bit lacking. The location is exceptional!

I stayed in a private room with a friend. The toilet, bath, and kitchen were shared with guests from two other private rooms, so it felt more like a share house than a typical hostel. I struggled a bit with locking and unlocking the main door, but the room door lock worked perfectly, and both the room and common areas were clean. For a hostel, I think the quality is quite high. The shower pressure was a little weak, but it provided hot water reliably. The hairdryer was also pretty powerful. There was a washing machine but no dryer. Personally, I was thrilled that the kitchen always had paper towels available.

This was my second trip to Rome within a month, and again we chose to book this fantastic hotel, given our wonderful first experience. I must say, this time I was a little disappointed with the staff; while professional, they were less friendly than the first time. In the room, which was as clean and lovely as always, the drain for the Jacuzzi tub wasn't working. I pointed this out during check-out, but didn't even receive an 'I'm sorry' from the employee. In my opinion, the whole Jacuzzi system wasn't working!

The hotel is new, bright and comfortable when you go in, the rooms have high ceilings and no feeling of oppression, the rooms are cleaned every day, and the bathroom has all the necessary disposable amenities, including disposable slippers, which is rare in Europe.
