I was very satisfied with my stay here, especially since I was traveling with sick parents. Their service was incredibly fast in helping us check in, and they even provided a wheelchair. The hotel's service was outstanding, and the room and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The pool view was also very nice. Thank you to the hotel staff who helped make the check-in process smooth and easy.

One of the best hotels to stay in Palembang. It's strategically located in the city center, nearby any amenities, public transport, and malls. We stayed during Christmas weekend, so it's quite crowded with many guests. The downside, we need to wait a little bit longer with only 2 hotel lifts during busy hours and we didn't manage to use the swimming pool. Other than that, the staff is friendly, breakfast is nice, and room is clean.

Please increase the cleanliness of the room, some area already look dirty. Check in time to be increase There should be option for deposit with Credit Card Breakfast was good Staffs number need to be reviewed as it took quite long to deliver our request We also brought a car and registered that on the receptionist but seems the system is not working properly then we kept paying

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

The room is clean, in a strategic location above the mall. The food is complete and cheap, close to the busway and the city station… good service… recommended for price and quality…

In my personal opinion, this is currently the most luxurious hotel in Lubuk Linggau. The front desk service is incredibly friendly and pleasant. They offer a wide variety of delicious food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel in Lubuk Linggau.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

Booked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping. Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it. It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom. Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer. Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!
