We really enjoyed our stay. True, there were some difficulties with check-in upon arrival, because we did not receive check-in instructions. It is imperative to contact the property in advance and then everything will be fine. The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient. Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee. Thanks to the hosts, we liked everything.👍

Хороший отель с собственным пляжем. Находится на окраине Кобуллети, нет толп отдыхающих, но можно к ним прогуляться:) Идеально для спокойного отдыха. Стройка новых корпусов не мешает.

The overall stay experience is still great. The price/performance ratio is also relatively high. Take a hundred meters to get to the beach. There is a bathtub, and the water is still quite hot. Breakfast is very rich, get up early every morning to have breakfast. Equipped with a red wine glass, praise it😊

The apartment smelt of stale smoke a lot but was relaxing and had a great view. The check-in was easy and straight forward at reception and the receptionist was kind. Great views from the balcony, with much more privacy than other orbi apartments. I’d recommend it’s worth the money - not a palace but decent.

Отель тяжело найти, мы поняли только просмотра фото на гугл мэп, где главный вход. Номер был просторный и чистый, кровать была очень удобной. Вид из окна тоже был хорошим. В целом пребывание понравилось.

Overall a normal hotel, good location. Of the minuses: - when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid - there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁 - breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty - upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system - in the morning there was a water outage altogether

This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a shout-out! The hotel service was warm and attentive throughout, from the pre-arranged airport pick-up to the drop-off, everything was arranged perfectly and hassle-free. I didn't have to worry about transportation, making my trip incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were a pleasant surprise; communication was seamless, and they even fluently helped with translation. They were so friendly to foreign tourists. The facilities were excellent. In my free time, I could play billiards and table tennis, providing ample leisure and entertainment options to keep me entertained. I was also surprised to find authentic iron pot stew at the hotel – the flavor was genuine, the portions were generous, and it had a truly heartwarming, home-cooked feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, upgrading my room free of charge. They responded quickly to any requests, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whether traveling alone or with friends, this hotel is perfect. Overall, a perfect experience, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!

Beautiful suite in a fantastic location. However, the service is poor. At check-in, we were promised we could stay in the same room due to another reservation. However, that promise wasn't kept the next day. No suitable solution was offered either. We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. Moreover, Trip's website claims an indoor pool is included, which isn't the case. You can use the pool for a hefty 80 GEL per day fee. Next time, I'll book a different hotel.

Everything is great , the most important silence , parking is indoor , fish in the restaurant is very delicious
