The animation team was amazing specially jojo and abdulrahman they were so active so the animation 10/10
Rooms was clean and house keeping was soo responsive without asking for tips or anything
The only bad things are that the pool is not heated and the furniture inside the rooms is little bit old"

"The environment of the hotel is very good. After arriving at the hotel, I decided to stay one more night and upgraded to a sea view room. The room is big but the equipment is relatively old and simple. Breakfast and dinner are good. The hotel is all locals, very friendly, and there are The activity arrangement is good. On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. Thank you very much!
By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever. "We stayed at this hotel in May 2026! The villas are very compact and conveniently located, with each villa being two-stories and having three or more rooms. The restaurant is conveniently located for guests. The variety of dishes is sufficient, and it's especially great when they prepare both meat and fish dishes for dinner, along with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits every evening! There's a shuttle service to the beach by train and electric carts. For those who prefer to walk from the reception to the beach, it only takes 8-10 minutes. If needed, the security guard at the beach will call an electric cart or train, no need to ask. The sea is warm and shallow, making it very suitable for family holidays with children! Swimming enthusiasts should ideally go to the beach in the morning to enjoy the clean and spacious sea! And during low tide, you can walk and play with children 300-500 meters from the shoreline! Every evening from 8 PM, there are entertainment activities for children, followed by a program for adults! Throughout our week-long stay at the hotel, the program never repeated and was interesting for both children and adults! "The location is relatively biased, there is no way to take a taxi, the front desk can not help the guests call the car, really speechless. I was in a hurry to go to Teda, and finally took the local car. The Egyptian people were still very enthusiastic. They sent us to Teda without any cost. Breakfast is still available in the local area. After the first afternoon, I ordered a seafood pasta. The weight is large and the taste is OK?"

Everything was fine, but the towel in the shower was a little dirty and there was no tea at dinner and no option to order food to the room. Everything else was just super, I liked it and I plan to go with my family.

The location is relatively biased, there is no way to take a taxi, the front desk can not help the guests call the car, really speechless. I was in a hurry to go to Teda, and finally took the local car. The Egyptian people were still very enthusiastic. They sent us to Teda without any cost. Breakfast is still available in the local area. After the first afternoon, I ordered a seafood pasta. The weight is large and the taste is OK?

The hotel has a beautiful environment, but the room layout is too perfunctory. The service is thoughtful and the food is delicious. The hotel is a bit far from the beach. The front desk staff is too slow to check in. The check-out service is even slower.

Guest UserThe hotel amenities were quite good enough to stay inside without going somewhere else. I am really admired by the front desk officers, cleaning, pool and aqua staff who were supportive and friendly ppl.
The only neutral comment is that the food was normal and location is not by the sea side.
