"It is accessible by walking indoors from the airport. That was key for us since our flight was early. We checked in the night before and walked to the gate in the morning. Easy.
The staff is not really helpful, but the room was awesome, quiet, clean, and comfortable. There is a gym also, so you can exercise your legs before a long flight of sitting down 😆.
There are two hotels right beside each other. They are connected by a hallway and connected to terminal 3. You can easily walk to terminal 2 just a few minutes further."

"The hostel was easy to find, few minutes from the metro which was important to me. Every staffmember was really friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was welcoming. The tent was small for 4 persons but I knew that I will mostly just sleep there, the bed was comfortable and clean. I read in other reviews that a curtain would be nice, I agree with that also. The bathroom was really big, plenty of showers and toilets, there was hot water every time which was also important to me. I had breakfast on a few days, which was also good and I really liked sitting in the outside tables, I also had a chance to connect with other travellers every day. On the last day I left my luggage in one of the lockers so I could explore the city freely, that was also a good bonus. They provided earplugs, which I used during my sleep, overall all ”campers” were respectful and quiet after 10 pm but still it was a lot of people in a small space. For solo travellers this is a good choice as the hotel prices are 4-5 times higher."

"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Nyhavn, and surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants. It's accessible from the airport by metro, and just a short walk from the metro station to the hotel. The room was very quiet, and while the curtains weren't fully blackout, it didn't affect my sleep. The lobby is beautiful, but the room facilities felt a bit plasticky, comparable to a domestic three-star standard at best. The room was quite small, barely enough space to open a suitcase. There was no complimentary water, and the Wi-Fi was prone to disconnecting with poor signal in the room. Luggage storage is available in lockers on the basement level for an additional fee (please refer to the picture for pricing). The self check-in and check-out process was very efficient, and the staff were helpful."

"My overall stay was quite pleasant.
The room, though not large, was well-designed, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided. The bathroom was a bit compact, but perfectly functional for daily use. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out, which was simple and convenient.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to both the Ørestad Metro and train stations, all within walking distance. There's also the large Fields shopping center nearby. It's super convenient for getting to Copenhagen city center by metro or Copenhagen Airport by train, making it ideal for tourists.
Breakfast was also more extensive than I expected, with croissants, bread, ham, salami, cheese, eggs, and vegetables like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. There was a good variety, and it was a very decent hotel breakfast.
The only thing I think could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms; it's a bit weak. Sometimes I could hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, with its convenient transportation, clean rooms, good breakfast, and decent value for money, it was a very satisfactory stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Copenhagen."

"The room was tiny, old, and there was nowhere to put my luggage. The hotel entrance had steps, which made it very inconvenient to carry my bags up myself. The elevator in the side building was extremely small and old. When I checked out, the elevator wasn't working, so I had to carry my luggage down from the second floor. The carpet in the hotel hallway was so old it smelled.
The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk service was quick and helpful with luggage storage. Other than that, there's nothing much to praise."

"The hotel was really lovely and there was lots of hotel staff on hand ready to help if needed. Which i did on 1 occasion when my key card wasnt working the lift and i got stuck, they called out an engineer that day. Nust make sure that both you key cards work the lift. Also in the rooms just be awear that there is a small step up to the bathroom to stop room flooding, this is a design feature but east to stub toe (needs to be a sticker with a waring sign about small step). Mini bar in rooms are well stocked."

CCYNTHIA TAN YUCHIHAfter arriving at the airport, getting to the hotel required a taxi, as public transport wasn't convenient. However, the taxi fare wasn't cheap either. I'd recommend heading into the city early unless absolutely necessary to stay here.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk.
It was a bit inconvenient that you had to go to the front desk to get a kettle for hot water.
The room was on the smaller side.
But it did have a microwave, which was great for heating up food!

GGuest UserCame here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, but I have to say it's more about looks than functionality. The design is really strong, but the actual room functionality for staying here is pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers. The room is very dark, only suitable for a leisurely stay. Overall, this hotel feels like it's all style and no substance.

The good is its location and proximity to the central train station, Tivoli, and mall (not much else around).
The bad, starts when ypu spot dirty carpets on the hallways, but it continues inside the room floor where there were multiple bits and pieces left behind; There were also multiple smeared or stained surfaces that makes it little appealing.

The room is pretty clean except there was no curtain for each bed and bathroom was tiny than expected. The hostel is nearby the metro station and easy to walk down to the city center. It’s surrounded by a small lake, people used to running and jogging there a lot.
Also, You can pay 100 DKK for late check-out and stay until 1:00 PM. But no early check-in was available. Instead there’s a storage downstairs which charge me 2 hours for 25 DKK and 6 hours for 40 DKK.

The hotel is overall very good. Service is decent and satisfactory, nothing outstanding but perfectly fine.
Location is truly excellent! It’s very easy to get here from the airport: take the direct bus, only costs 30 DKK per person, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to the hotel after getting off. It’s also very convenient for getting around: about 15 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to the city centre, and 30–40 minutes to the main tourist attractions on foot.
The room is a bit small, but small yet fully equipped — everything you need is there, clean and practical.
Overall a great choice, especially for anyone valuing convenient transport!

GGuest UserI booked a room and Pon arrival he assured me it was a very small room and he could offer at a discounted rate he invented to a magnificent fantastic room. Sounded good and it turned out to be a very standard double bed in a small room with no sofa, no chair, no nothing extra. Too late now to change back as we wanted to go to bed. I wonder what the other room was like they offered on homepage.
Breakfast was charged 50 DDK extra if not reserved day before. No information on this, so just had to pay.
Coming back to room late night, no cleaning had been done. I asked and they said it must be requested day before. Information was in the elevator about this. I checked and no information in elevator. Oh, then it is in the room. I checked, no information in the room. However, on the side of the wardrobe I finally found a QR code. If you scanned it, you would get all kinds of information about the hotel and rules. Who has heard of such expectations on any guest anywhere? requesting cleaning in an international hotel??? Reception siad they missed on informing. They said it is Scandic standard and I should know, as if I am expected to be Scandic frequent guest. Rubbish! They say it is for the environment. What environmental gain you get from not making a bed was not explained.
I said I expected free breakfast for all issues. In the end, they charged me for that too. For clarity, I have traveled weekly as an international businessman for 30+ years to 123 countries. Never heard such ******** from a hotel reception.
