The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is very close to West Lake, making it convenient for getting around. You can check in on both the first and fifth floors, and they offer luggage storage. There's also a Haidilao hot pot restaurant right next door. Public transport is super accessible; there's an Intime department store nearby for shopping, and a bus stop on the first floor where you can catch the number 7 bus directly to Lingyin Temple.

We booked the room with river view & balcony. Was assigned to building #76, hosted by an incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hospitable host. Despite the language barrier, everyone has been very kind & helpful. The included breakfast was hearty and delicious. On the 2nd morning, we opted to have the infamoud Zao Cha Ke breakfast at the Floating Market - an experience that must NOT be missed by visitors. The prices are reasonable, we ended up feeling very stuffed & contented, having spent the included 60 yuan (30 yuan pp) credit for the Zao Cha Ke. Wuzhen is a beautiful place. Despite the crowd, there'd always be a spot where you can appreciate the charm of the idyllic water town. The streets and alleys are incredibly clean too, kudos to the elderly workers who are everywhere and practically picked up every single debris they saw.

I specifically chose this hotel for a convenient layover, as it's located right inside Xiaoshan Airport. It's truly convenient, as you can walk from the hotel to the security gate in just four or five minutes. The hotel facilities are average, and the room was quite small. The full glass wall with no actual window felt a bit stuffy, perhaps for soundproofing, which worked well as there was hardly any noise. The bathroom had a typical business hotel feel, but there was a dusty spot in the corner next to the toilet that seemed to have been missed during cleaning. Breakfast started promptly at 6 AM, not a minute earlier. Many travelers rushing for their flights were waiting at the restaurant entrance, and after a quick bite, they checked out in a hurry.

This hotel is excellent, offering incredible value for money. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was fully stocked with drinks, snacks, fruit, and even an afternoon tea set, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was also quite substantial and delicious. Its location is a huge plus, being just a few minutes' walk from Wuma Street. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Wenzhou, and my family, including the elderly, were all very pleased with their stay.

The room was very clean, and the service was great. The hotel's location is also super convenient. To the left is Intime, and to the right is Qinghefang. Traveling with friends, it was easy to get anywhere nearby. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel offered a day trip to nearby attractions, which was excellent! We visited West Lake, Lingyin Temple, the First God of Wealth Temple, a tea plantation, and Qinghefang. Hangzhou East Railway Station is also very close, so we even squeezed in a quick trip to Shanghai.

This time I stayed in a room at Fushan Yue, not in the main building, so it was a pity I couldn't visit the garden. Next time, if I have the chance, I'd prefer to stay at Fushan Yin. Fushan Yue is quite a distance from the main building. There's a Green Tea restaurant on the first floor, but I didn't see any staff there at night. Facilities: It's in the new building. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, definitely up to a five-star standard. Environment: The restaurant is on the first floor, and the rooms are upstairs, good environment. Service: The staff escorted us to our room, and the service was excellent. Plus, since it was my mom's birthday, they even sent a card and a cake! 👍🏻

Great location! Highly recommend! You can book reservations at the Zhaochake Hotel, which I also recommend. The butler service was excellent; they called me in advance and added me on WeChat. They picked me up at the visitor center for check-in, and my luggage was delivered. It's the best location in Wuzhen, highly recommended! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with super convenient access to public transport – the subway entrance is right outside. You can easily walk to West Lake, Wulin Night Market, and several shopping districts, making it a breeze to get to major attractions and transport hubs. The room service is prompt, and overall cleanliness is good. The soundproofing is excellent. If you don't feel like going out to eat, a robot delivers food right to your door. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained, and there are thoughtful safety notices and usage tips throughout. The room is well-equipped, and everything is easy to use. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is thoughtfully put together, even featuring a self-serve fresh juice bar. What truly impressed me were the small details in their service, like a complimentary room upgrade and late check-out, which really show their excellent customer service mindset.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The TV had a lot of very interesting shows including English language movies and movies with subtitles. The bar in the lobby is also very nice, the bartender makes very good MaiTais. Definitely recommend!

The experience at Yiwu Shangri-La was great! It's within walking distance to the International Trade City, making it perfect for business trips. Grace and Eileen at the front desk were efficient with check-in and very attentive. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with good soundproofing. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialties. Overall, it's highly recommended.
