"My stay was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel didn’t seem to have an elevator, so please be aware before booking. The staff offered to help me carry my luggage upstairs. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked but if you prefer strong AC (under 22 or 23 Celsius), this may not be the hotel for you. However, the stay overall was still very comfortable. The area is cute and conveniently located within short taxi rides to major sites. I would stay again!"

"The family room was great, but the booking details page didn't mention bunk beds, which I only found out about after calling. I hope the platform can improve its room descriptions to better inform guests. Upgrading the toilets to electric ones would also better match the hotel's caliber. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed very busy; they were trying their best to provide good service, but their hurried tone and sense of urgency suggested high work pressure. I hope the hotel can be kinder to its employees."

"The room size was just right, and the bedding was very clean and comfortable. The layout was well-designed with distinct functional areas. There's also a private parking lot, which is very convenient for those driving. The breakfast quality was good, with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant was spacious with a pleasant dining environment. The hotel is conveniently located not far from popular attractions like Grape Valley and Karez Well. However, due to the material and pattern of the bathroom floor, it seems difficult to clean thoroughly. I hope they can improve their cleaning efforts and supervision in the future."

1. There was loud music playing very late at night for several consecutive days, making it impossible to sleep.
2. For three people, only two breakfast vouchers were provided, and an additional breakfast would cost extra, which is understandable. However, on our last day, we had an early departure at 5 AM and couldn't make it to breakfast. We requested to exchange the two unused breakfast vouchers for a meal the three of us could enjoy together before leaving, but they refused and didn't offer a refund either. That's incredibly stingy!
3. Some of the facilities are a bit old."

"Location: Near the railway station, just a few minutes from the subway, and close to the Taibai business district. Right outside, there's a food street and banks, so you can find everything you need for dining, clothing, and daily essentials all in one place.
Transportation: Limited parking spots, so it's not very convenient if you're driving.
Environment: The lobby design is stylish, and the guest lounge area is elegant and unique. The overall environment is clean and tidy.
Room: Well-equipped facilities, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The cleanliness is decent!
Food: Breakfast includes 4 cold dishes and 4 soups (milk, soy milk, corn paste, millet porridge), 6 main dishes (egg-fried rice, steamed bean buns, meat buns, fried dough sticks, etc.), and 4 side dishes (corn, sweet potato, pumpkin, fried eggs, etc.). There's also freshly cooked rice noodles and watermelon with cantaloupe. Everything is vegetarian, but it's filling and tastes good.
Service: Warm and attentive. They reserved a room with a window as requested! Housekeeping also cleaned promptly every day, and the room supplies were well-stocked.
I stayed for several days straight and had a good experience overall."

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Traveling with two kids in Xinjiang, this was one of many hotels we stayed in, and when my children couldn't wake up in time for breakfast, the front desk lady was so considerate. She proactively offered to pack a breakfast bag for the kids to eat in the car. I thought that was a really humane service! The laundry service was also very nice; they washed, dried, and returned our clothes to the room. Plus, their luggage storage service was excellent – they stored our bags very well and professionally, even using special luggage tags to prevent mix-ups. [Love]"

"Driving the Yili loop, choosing Atour Hotel Kazanchi in Yining was definitely the right decision!
Parking was convenient, and the location was excellent. The Kazanchi Folk Tourism Area is right outside, and the surrounding alleys are full of local snacks. During the day, you can drive around exploring, and in the evening, you can rent an electric scooter to wander through the blue-tiled houses, take photos, and find food.
The room was clean and tidy, and the Atour Xinjiang cotton bedding was incredibly comfortable – perfect for a long drive. The breakfast was plentiful and provided just the right amount of energy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making it a great place for road trippers. I'll definitely stay here again next time I drive to Yining!"

"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience.
The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station.
It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

Longlidiansi。The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

Guest UserThis is, without a doubt, the best value-for-money hotel in Taxkorgan. I stayed here twice last year, and each time, the front desk lady upgraded me to an oxygen-enriched room before check-in, which I really appreciated. This time, I recommended the hotel to a friend, and they were very happy, jokingly saying they'd send me a banner of appreciation. Even though I wasn't there myself, the front desk lady still proactively contacted me to upgrade my friend's room, which was truly touching. I don't know her name since I wasn't there, but it's okay, I'll go back at the end of September to thank her in person. Also, the breakfast is excellent, with both Western and Chinese options, so you don't have to queue up on the street for food. During peak tourist season, there are many similar hotels, but besides the hardware, what really satisfies guests is the service. The service at Meihua is simply outstanding, absolutely first-class. It's a hotel definitely worth staying at, highly recommended!

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

The location of the B&B is very good. The room layout has a strong Western style and is very clean. The paintings in the corridor are said to be the graffiti works of the proprietress herself, but the colors and composition are very beautiful. It is a few hundred meters away from the century-old teahouse, and it is very convenient to go out. I came back in the afternoon just in time for the princess' wedding program. The place where I stayed was just the starting point, and I had an immersive experience. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and cooks good dishes. The price is very affordable. She is really good at both the living room and the kitchen. It must be praised. I will stay here next time.

Guest UserWhat a hidden gem of a hotel! We arrived at 11 PM and called ahead to order dinner from the hotel restaurant. The lamb hotpot was absolutely incredible – seriously, so, so good.
The service was outstanding and so welcoming. The staff helped with all our luggage; even if I walked past with just a backpack, someone would immediately offer to carry it. The coffee at breakfast was also the best I'd had in all my days in Xinjiang.
Beyond the beautiful environment, the hotel also offers horse riding (for a fee) and archery (free). We stayed at the hotel until well after noon before checking out, which was incredibly relaxing.
We initially thought it would be a two-hour drive to Kokesu, but a staff member told us about an entrance that was only a 20-minute drive away. That was a huge help, truly.
All in all, everything was perfect. We didn't get to see the stars because it rained that night, but we had no regrets at all because this hotel is just phenomenal. Oh, and the hotel also has fast charging stations for electric cars!

Anonymous UserOverall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect.
If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising.
Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment.
I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

rijqulThe room was very clean and well-maintained, feeling quite premium, and the service was excellent. Right next door, Elijiang Cuisine offers authentic local food, and the fruit market nearby has incredibly cheap fruit, just 2 RMB a jin! You can totally indulge in roasted buns, naan, fruits, Xinjiang lamb skewers, and Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken) to your heart's content. The location is fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, with police on duty 24/7, it feels very safe!

Excellent service and a very clean, spacious room with comfortable bedding. The location is fantastic, right at the entrance of the ancient city. Popular spots like the century-old teahouse, Id Kah Mosque, Rainbow Alley, Buidai Alley, 'Grandpa's Grandpa's Father's Nang' (a famous naan shop), and Oil Painting Street are all just a stone's throw from Guilai Inn. There are plenty of local eateries downstairs, making dining very convenient. The owner is very welcoming, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. The night views are beautiful and captivating. Plus, there are bus stops nearby for easy access to the airport and train station. It was a pleasant trip and I highly recommend it; you definitely won't regret staying at this inn.

Zheshi2688Elsa at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I'd added her on WeChat back in the winter, and when I was planning this trip, I casually asked her about the current situation. To my surprise, she meticulously and thoughtfully provided all the relevant details, including nearby attractions and itineraries I hadn't even considered. This really sealed the deal for me, and I decided to head straight to Holiday Inn. If it weren't for her thoughtful introductions, I, being someone who's both lazy and prone to fatigue, likely wouldn't have made the five- or six-hour drive. I also want to commend Xiao Liu from the restaurant. Seeing him greet me instantly brought back memories of how he quietly looked after me in the restaurant last winter. My sincere thanks again to both of them for their care! The attached photos show the view from my room and the complimentary cable car scenery that came with the stay.
