An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was spacious with a stunning view, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The amenities were top notch, and the location was perfect convenient yet peaceful. This was truly a memorable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay.

The hotel is conveniently located with many lively attractions nearby, including Chunxi Road which is also close. It's great, the price is affordable, and the value for money is excellent.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the bustling snack street and directly faces the Min River, offering an amazing view, especially for enjoying the river at night. Definitely try to get a higher floor. The price isn't expensive either, highly recommended!

This stay was great! The hotel's design is simple and stylish, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The room is fully equipped, especially the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff Gina is very thoughtful. When I left something in the room, she notified me to mail it as soon as possible. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also very rich. In general, this is a trustworthy hotel, highly recommended!

This is my umpteenth stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and the standards are consistently excellent. During check-in, a friendly young man named Luca brought me some herbal tea. After a brief chat, he later delivered a thoughtful, handwritten welcome card to my room before dinner. Of all the five-star and ultra-five-star hotels I've stayed at in Chengdu, the Ritz-Carlton's Executive Lounge offers the most attentive service. From breakfast at 6:30 AM right through to evening desserts at 10 PM, they continuously provide a wonderful array of thoughtful services. I've included some photos of the breakfast and dinner spreads – they're incredibly rich and varied. Plus, for both lunch and dinner, they offer two freshly prepared dishes, like duck breast and pasta, made to order. Every staff member I encountered in the Executive Lounge was exceptionally warm, attentive, proactive, and anticipated my needs. Of course, breakfast is also available at the main restaurant in the lobby on the 25th floor. The variety there is truly astounding; just the noodle bar alone offers six different options (as shown in the pictures). I ate so much that morning, I didn't want to leave. All in all, this is the best hotel experience I've had in Chengdu. Honestly, the price isn't even that high, making it excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is very centrally located, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The building and interiors are beautiful, with a stylish and well-thought-out design. While some areas feel slightly worn, everything is still in good condition and well maintained. The service was excellent: all the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also very clean, which we really appreciated. As a pleasant surprise, we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a very beautiful room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Louis Hotel Chengdu and would happily return. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a large bathtub positioned next to big windows offering a lovely view—such a highlight. Being able to watch a movie on the large TV screen while relaxing in the bath felt incredibly luxurious. The in-room streaming service was excellent and included all the popular English movies, which was a big plus. The shower was large and modern, and the toilet was very fancy with a bidet system, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a long day. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The free laundry service was also incredibly convenient and much appreciated. Overall, an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay with thoughtful amenities and great service. Highly recommended.

This guesthouse is quite deep inside Changping Valley, and the window view directly faces Siguniang Mountain. If you're lucky with the weather, you can lie down and watch the golden 'sun-kissed' mountain peaks. To reach the hotel, you need to go through a village road, but the hotel staff member was very thoughtful and provided video navigation, making it easy to arrive. The check-in reception was also very warm and considerate; you feel the warmth everywhere.

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely cared for. The room decor is simple yet elegant, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was very convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Hotel security was excellent, making me feel safe and secure. We also received complimentary fruit upon arrival, and the breakfast selection was rich and delicious. The location is superb, with easy access to all forms of transportation, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!

Best decision to book this accoms! I rarely write reviews on my hotels booking but this accoms defintely deserve an excellent review! Service was 100/100 and they were so accommodating to our requests. We arrived in the evening and the accoms even arranged a mini seminar to go through with us how to travel around JZG jingqu the best way possible. Super useful for us as we came to jiuzhaigou without much planning and had no idea what to expect. Prior to the stay, they also helped to arrange transport from the train station to the accoms, we were very rest assured that we were in good hands. They also provide shuttle rides to and fro the hotel and JZG jingqu which is super helpful. We wanted to go huanglong on our second day and they helped us arranged a baoche service. 11/10 would recommend this accoms to anyone coming to JZG!!!
