Before checking in, Guest Relations Zhu Mindy proactively reached out and meticulously explained the Executive Club benefits. She clearly outlined the happy hour at the Executive Lounge, the two breakfast venues along with their pros and cons, and their operating hours. Upon arrival, Mindy greeted us and handled the check-in process, making the entire experience effortless. She was professional and attentive. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

My stay was very good. The room was clean and had no strange smells. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It's also close to the North Railway Station. I'd definitely consider staying at the Qingdao North Railway Station Light Inn on Shengping Road again if I come back to Qingdao! 😄

I specifically chose a high-floor sea-view room for this trip, and it was wonderfully cool. Being able to see the ocean every day was fantastic! The room was clean, the environment was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The facilities were also safe and reliable! Highly recommend!

My partner and I escaped to the seaside in Yantai for the weekend and stayed at the Hilton Yantai Golden Coast. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The hotel is located right by the sea, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped, offering plenty of picturesque spots for photos – you can snap great pictures just by strolling around. Our room had excellent natural light, was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The mattress provided just the right amount of comfort, allowing us to rest well after a day of exploring. Anina, a staff member, was very friendly; she always greeted us with a smile when we passed by and patiently answered all our questions without making us feel awkward. The breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. We loved sitting by the window, enjoying our meal while gazing at the distant sea view. The hotel's gym and pool were also very clean. Just a short walk from the hotel, there's a beach. In the evening, my loved one and I took a walk along the coastline, feeling the sea breeze – it was incredibly atmospheric. The hotel has a generally peaceful and romantic vibe, without any sense of hustle and bustle, making it convenient whether you want to relax and watch the sea or head out for activities. It's perfect for couples looking for a holiday, creating easy and sweet travel memories. We'd love to come back again the next time we want to see the sea.

The hotel boasts a grand architectural design and numerous rooms, reflecting the style of an established star-rated hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty smell. However, the mattress was very thick and incredibly comfortable to sleep on. We ran out of tissues in the room, but the housekeeper promptly brought some when we requested them. There were no disposable bath liners for the bathtub, and they weren't available for purchase, which is an area where service could definitely be improved. Given its large scale, the hotel could consider offering childcare services similar to Club Med. A kids' play area with soft play structures, slides, and a ball pit would be a great addition, allowing parents to relax. There was no buffet available. With such a large property, inter-departmental communication seems to be an issue. The information provided by the housekeeper for the 1928 Beer Bar's dining options was incorrect. After checking out, the housekeeper asked for a good review. I provided some suggestions, but the housekeeper, 'Dabaitu' (Big White Rabbit), never replied. It feels like the service in northern China is often a 'do-it-because-my-boss-told-me-to' mentality, and any extra requests from guests are seen as an inconvenience. I really liked the breakfast buffet where many of the attendants were older, creating a very harmonious atmosphere, like being cared for by parents while away from home. The breakfast selection was extensive. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Cat petting costs 19.9 for children and 29.9 for adults, with single entry and unlimited time. Feeding animals costs 10 yuan, which includes one portion of feed. **However, if you write a good review for 1 yuan, you get fewer carrots than the 10 yuan portion. The animals seemed a bit pathetic, with the little horse constantly kicking the wire fence.** There are two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. The buffet at the 1928 Beer Bar is more Western-style. Many people might not be used to it. We tried it, and the quality of the desserts was excellent! There's a beach right behind the hotel, with some rocks, but not too many. You can go tide pooling in the early morning and at night. It's too hot during the day due to strong sun, and there isn't much seafood to find then either. The package included access to the Haiquanwan Hot Springs, but I must mention: it was dirty. There were no tissues or disposable combs in the hair-drying area (only a few scattered combs for everyone to share). With this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel's location is indeed a bit remote, making it suitable for self-driving. There's a Shandong University cafeteria and museum nearby, which I'd give five stars!

They considered the actual habits of different guests, communicating concisely and practically, avoiding overly formal pleasantries. When I provided feedback to the Front Office regarding my stay, the information was efficiently synchronized with the Housekeeping department. The seamless communication between departments meant I didn't have to repeat myself, and the closed-loop handling of issues was truly reassuring. Housekeeping's service was subtle yet profound. Daily room tidying was meticulous and thorough, with items neatly arranged, and the bathroom and bedding maintained to be clean and comfortable. Any requests for additional supplies or simple adjustments to the room's setup were responded to promptly and executed efficiently, without any delays. Even without direct interaction, I could genuinely feel the staff's dedication. One department handles external reception and coordination, while the other maintains the quality of the living space within the room. These two departments complement each other perfectly. They don't intentionally create a sense of ceremony but rather focus their efforts on tangible details, making the entire experience, from arrival to departure, smooth and comfortable. It was precisely the diligent and dedicated work of both teams that made my entire stay incredibly pleasant, and I highly commend the service levels of both departments.

This newly opened Hampton by Hilton boasts a very convenient location, close to the subway station with an abundance of dining options nearby. Pizza Hut, McDonald's, and convenience stores are all easily accessible, along with many other restaurants of varying sizes. The old Qingdao specialty restaurant next door serves particularly delicious food. The room was very clean, the bedding was neat, and the facilities were brand new. The front desk staff, Yulia, was friendly and promptly addressed any requests. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, and the freshly cooked noodles were very popular. Staying here made our trip very hassle-free. Five-star rating!

The room was very spacious, and I booked this room type specifically because it had bathrooms on both floors. It exceeded my expectations – even the floor drains were covered with cute lotus leaf-shaped odor-proof mats, and there was an aroma diffuser on the sink with a very pleasant scent. Every detail in the room showed great taste, and the service was five-star. On the day of check-in, the front desk contacted me early in the morning to send me the hotel's location. They also helped deliver food orders right to my room door. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just over 100 meters walk to Furong Street, and through an alley, you reach Qushuiting Street, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. It's also an easy walk, about 800 meters, to Daming Lake and Wulongtan Park. Overall, highly recommended!

For the first few days of my stay in Qingdao, I booked the compact single room. This time, for two days, I tried the double-bed room with a table and a large window, and it is really excellent for the price. The room is extremely clean and has all the basic amenities such as a shower, dental kit, and towels. One small difference is that instead of traditional cloth towels, they provide disposable paper-fiber towels. The room is also much more spacious than the single room, even though the price increase is very small. I paid about 55 RMB for the smaller room, while this room cost around 63–64 RMB, but the size is almost double. The room has a very large window facing the road in front of the hotel. I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. There are many power outlets and switchboards, which makes it convenient for charging phones or laptops. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust.
