"Staying at this hotel during my trip to Dalian was a great choice. Located in the Donggang area, I mainly booked it for the sea view, and it certainly didn't disappoint—the ocean and night views are stunning, right across from the Water City. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The room is spacious with two large queen beds, separated by a sliding door. The room amenities are fully equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. You can even enjoy the sea view and the unique, beautiful architecture of the Water City right from your bed. The hygiene and facilities are also top-notch; it was very clean, the shower water was nice and hot, the AC worked great, and it even came with a large refrigerator. Whenever we needed anything, the butler responded very quickly. Thumbs up! 👍 We visited the Water City both day and night, and felt the night lighting was even more breathtaking, with small boats gliding by and surrounding restaurants reflecting on the water—truly gorgeous. It's also very convenient to go to the coast to see seagulls. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with choosing this hotel. Just a quick tip: when taking a taxi, locating the hotel, or ordering food delivery, entering through Hengli Hotel is much more convenient."

"I highly recommend Fraser Place Dalian for anyone visiting Dalian for leisure or business, especially if you're traveling with pets! This international apartment hotel is ideally located in the Donggang Tourist Resort. With Metro Line 2 right outside, you can walk to the Convention Center, Donggang Fountain, Venice Water Town, and the yacht marina, all within 10 minutes. The hotel also offers direct access to Kaidan Shopping Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The guest rooms offer excellent views and are immaculately clean with very comfortable bedding. The staff are always friendly, greeting you in the hallways and promptly addressing any special requests. The apartment facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool, gym, reading room, conference rooms, and a kids' play area, all spacious and well-maintained. The in-room kitchen appliances feature high-end brands like German WMF (Fissler) for cookware and Japanese Narumi pure white bone china for tableware, with a Siemens front-load automatic washing machine. The overall setup is convenient and upscale. The hotel breakfast is also very generous, catering to guests from various countries, and tables are cleared efficiently, demonstrating excellent service. The front desk staff are efficient and attentive. A special thanks to the lovely Cindy for her patient and meticulous service. I truly appreciate all the amenities and services provided by Fraser Place Dalian, which made for a very pleasant holiday!"

"Traveling with friends, I initially thought the night market downstairs would be noisy, but it wasn't at all. We stayed in a sunny room with plenty of light, but the curtains were excellent at blocking it out. The subway station is just a five-minute walk away, and the night and morning markets downstairs were pretty good too. I prefer firm pillows, and when I asked if I could have two more, I returned in the evening to find them already on the bed. After sleeping for a day, I realized my friend and I were fighting over the blanket, so I asked if we could have an extra one. In the afternoon, a staff member (likely the sister/auntie) knocked on the door with the blanket and confirmed someone was there before entering the password. I personally feel the security is quite good; you need an elevator card to get in and go upstairs. Overall, we had a great experience these past few days, and my friend has decided she'll stay here again next time she brings friends. The lights were also particularly beautiful."

"This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Shenyang Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion! It's right in the heart of Zhongjie, so you can just step out and start shopping. The subway entrance is just a few steps away, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions and save time and effort. The hotel itself is stylish and minimalist, with a great atmosphere in the lobby. The rooms are spotless, and you can tell they pay attention to the details. After a tiring day of sightseeing, sinking into the soft bed was instant relaxation. Despite being in a bustling area, it's incredibly quiet, with excellent soundproofing. The value for money is outstanding, and it's definitely on my list for my next visit to Shenyang. The hotel offers easy access to local Shenyang snacks and generally maintains a well-kept environment. The public areas are tidy, and the rooms feel cozy with well-maintained amenities. I especially enjoyed the self-service afternoon tea (13:00-15:00) and the delicious freshly ground and brewed coffee at the lobby bar."

The room is quite spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the service attitude is great. It offers amazing value for money—you really can't find a price this affordable in such a prime location."

Although the hotel is quite old, the brand does an excellent job with maintenance. All the facilities were in good condition, the bedding was very comfortable, and the towels seemed relatively new. The bathroom sink was spotless, with no grime or stains. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering all the essentials. Overall, it's great value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Small suggestion: It would be even more perfect if the carpets could get a deep clean."

The location is easy to find, the hotel building is large, and it smells wonderfully fragrant as soon as you walk in. The hallways are carpeted, and there are plenty of elevators so no waiting. As soon as I opened the room door, the space looked to be about 40-50 square meters. It felt incredibly spacious the moment I walked in, completely avoiding that cramped, cheap hotel feeling. The bathroom deserves special praise. The wet and dry areas are designed very scientifically. The sink is large and bright; usually when I stay in hotels, I feel restricted when washing my face or hands, but here, it's completely different – two people can get ready simultaneously without bumping into each other. They even thoughtfully provided face towels. Plus, it has both a bathtub and a shower, so you can choose to relax in a bath or have a quick rinse, which is incredibly thoughtful. The bathrobes in the wardrobe were very new and plush, feeling quite luxurious to the touch. They even provided a shoe brush and shoehorn for guests, which is quite comprehensive. The smart devices are also impressive; it's a fully smart home with appliances, lights, and curtains that can be controlled by voice or switch. My room had a great location; I could see the Taizi River as soon as I opened the curtains, offering a broad view. The reason I chose this hotel is that it just opened this year. The advantages of a new hotel are so obvious: everything is spotless, there's no unpleasant smell at all, and all the amenities are complete. The shampoo and shower gel are also of good quality. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I do have one small suggestion: it would be great if the lighting brightness could be adjusted. The reading mode is a bit too bright, and the soft mode is a bit too dim for looking at a phone."

"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"
