"This hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and offers a shuttle service. The staff provides exceptional and thoughtful service. Every booking includes a complimentary late-night snack, and even the dinner meals are excellent, offering a variety of noodles, rice noodles, and wontons. The restaurant is quite lively in the evenings. Rooms come with welcome fruit, a free mini-bar, a humidifier, an air purifier, and a food delivery robot. They provide large bottles of body lotion, and the bathroom has a retractable clothesline. What's particularly great is that the shower water heats up instantly; there's no need to let cold water run first. It's fantastic! The hotel grounds also have two alpacas and some squirrels that they raise, which are adorable.
Within a three-kilometer radius, there's the Luo Hong Art Museum, Song Art Museum, and Red Brick Art Museum. If I'm not going into the city, I'd definitely book this place again next time."

"Booked this for an early flight out. We were rather surprised with how lux the hotel look and feel. Was warmly welcomed by the staff there and helping with the luggage. Reception staff(sorry didn't get his name) was very friendly and offered a free room upgrade, he patiently explained in detail about the shuttle service to airport and even help to suggest what time i should be down to the lobby accordingly to my flight time. I'm really very pleased with the service. Room was excellent and facing the airport. Upgraded room had a long sofa by the window which comfortably cater to our need of resting in our own space. If the only thing i was pleased about, it would be the pillow. Was expecting a memory pillow instead of the normal pillow for better sleep. Hence i didn't really rest well. But this is all just personal.
Supper was also provided and i had this cute bowl of wanton on this cold night.
The kitchen staffs are equally friendly!

"It's been ages since I last stayed at a Ramada! I had an early morning flight this time, and conveniently, there's a Ramada right by Capital Airport. It's only 15 minutes from Terminal 3 and offers a complimentary shuttle service, so I didn't hesitate to book it. On check-in day, Alice Fan at the front desk was incredibly helpful! She upgraded my room to a much larger one and even gave me a high-floor room as I'd requested – truly excellent! Right opposite the hotel, there's a plaza with plenty of food options. I even took a ride-hailing car to the city center for Peking duck, and it only cost me around 49-55 RMB. Be warned though, central Beijing traffic is insane! I once spent 10 minutes at a single red light, and that wasn't even rush hour. All in all, my experience at Ramada was fantastic!"

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a shuttle service from Gate 15 on the 1st floor of the airport, running every 15 and 45 minutes, which is super convenient. It's only a 5-minute ride to the hotel. The front desk lady and the manager were incredibly kind; they upgraded me to a huge, spotless room. I was extremely satisfied, and they even thoughtfully provided a space heater. I'll definitely book the China Southern Pearl Hotel again for my next trip!

Gubei Water village however was very hard to access, I wasn’t aware there was only two buses a day running from Beijing and it was a bit of a nightmare to arrive. Had I known, I wouldn’t have come. But the hotel is great! And their soy milk is delicious.

XXiangyaofujidezhongniandashuThe room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.

The surrounding area is also great, with a very authentic food street nearby, perfect for international students. The service was excellent, and their response time was very quick. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with beautiful decor – it was even perfect for taking photos!

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel as it's very well located between the two airports and very well deserved by the tube in a very nice neighbourhood where you can truly see the everyday life of lovely Chinese people. Following the initial booking for a very nice room, there was an issue and tye management were so professional that they upgraded me for free to the executive suits which was absolutely stunning and beautiful and outstanding views of the whole city at the top floor. The room was spacious, and bathrooms were breathtaking. The management were very nice to me every time and even though they didn't speak English they were always trying to help. The hotel is located around many shops, restaurants and two Hugh malls located around changyiang metro which is direct to forbidden city and tianmen Square. I must admit that I stayed in the last few days but I ended up staying over 5 days because all the rooms are very large, with beautiful views and the breakfast is also very good. The overall impression is that Chinese management is always trying to help you. So, like me, if you are from Europe, do not book a Western brand and be courageous to book a Chinese hotel and experience their kindness and good hearth. I will give top grading to this hotel and will recommend it highly to all my European tourists.

The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was very quick. They also introduced the hotel facilities and surroundings to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. In particular, the water pressure and hot water in the bathroom were very powerful and relaxing. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very pleasant and the price-performance ratio was super high! I will choose this hotel again next time I come here, and I highly recommend it!
