"I really liked everything about the hotel until it was time to check out. The reception staff didn't seem to know if I had paid for all my restaurant expenses, even though I had the receipt machine's proof in hand. They kept holding me up to confirm if everything was paid. I found this very annoying because when we arrived, we were informed at the restaurant that consumption was to be paid on the spot and not charged to the room number. So we paid for everything with Pix as we went. And in the end, they still weren't sure if everything was paid. I found it super strange. We are simple people traveling as a family for the first time, but it felt like they thought we were poor and trying to skip out on the bill, even though everything was already paid."

"I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!"

"Hello, I stayed at the resort for a total of 5 days, including one night in the annex rooms. The rooms in the main building are well-equipped and the service is good. The rooms are spacious. The annex rooms are a lower category and smaller. The breakfast is very good and varied. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't speak English, so you should have a translation app on your phone. I was disappointed that no one responded to my email after I left something at the accommodation. Otherwise, I can highly recommend the rooms in the main building."

"Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great"

"My 2x in the Gale village in salvador I like so much that I always go back to la. The view of the sea of the apartment has no price to pay I did 1x for the gale site and 2x for the trip app. I was afraid to make a mistake because I never did it, and I just loved it. I'll come back"

"For a business trip, the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport is a great advantage. The facilities positively surprised me, and I found the room very comfortable and clean. I really liked the blue light for chromotherapy in the shower. The shower pressure is excellent. Just one detail: I stayed in a room facing the main avenue, and the noise of passing vehicles is constant. The closed window isolates the sound well, but it's still possible to hear the cars. The only point I think could be improved is the quality of the breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs and fruit."

"Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo."

"Alles in Allem das einzig Positive war das Zimmer, es war sehr geräumig und sauber, und das Essen. Sowohl Frühstück wie auch Abendessen waren gut. Leider gab es kein freies Wasser auf dem Nachtisch wie in allen anderen Hotel in Brasilien die wir auf unserer Tour gebucht hatten. Was uns am meisten gestört hat war die Roof Top Bar/Restaurant. Grundsätzlich ist es dort schön, allerdings gab es dort immer ein Abendprogramm mit Live Musik welches einem mit in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Man nannte es Couvert und es wurden einfach mal 30 Real pro Person mit auf die Rechnung gepackt. Ob man wollte oder nicht. Infos dazu hätte man im Aufzug auf einem Plakat lesen können. An der Rezeption beim Einchecken gab es hierzu keinerlei Infos. Am letzten Abend war es dann sogar eine geschlossene Veranstaltung (Konzert) für die man im Vorfeld hätte Karten kaufen müssen. Das empfinde ich als absolutes No-Go für ein Hotel das mit einer Roof Top Bar wirbt!!!!!!!! Dazu war der Event sehr laut und ging bis 2:00 Uhr nachts und deutlich in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Es gibt zum Abendessen das Restaurant im 2. Stock quasi fast ohne Tageslicht. Nicht sehr gemütlich. Das Mittagessen das wir am ersten Tag dort gegessen hatten war gut und wir konnten die Rechnung auf das Zimmer schreiben lassen. Abends haben wir dann auf der Roof Top Bar gegessen. Auch hier war das Essen gut, allerdings konnte man hier NICHT auf Zimmer schreiben und musste gleich bezahlen. Da es Mittags ging hatte ich natürlich weder Geld noch Kreditkarte dabei und musste das erst im Zimmer holen :-( ! Das Hotel selbst könnte eine Rennovation vertragen. Es gibt 4 Aufzüge von denen während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthalts nur 3 funktioniert hatten. Und selbst die waren runtergekommen. Haltestangen sind locker und die Aufzüge wackeln beim Fahren nicht gerade vertrauenerweckend. Auch die Fenster entsprechen nicht mehr den Stand. War waren im 21. Stock und es war fühlte sich an als ob die Straße direkt am fester vorbei geht! Weitere nervige Dinge - WiFi ist auch nicht zuverlässig und eines 4* Hotels unwürdig. - Eine Dose die bei uns in der Minibar war wurde entfernt obwohl nirgendwo stand, dass man nichts rein tun darf. Unsere Beschwerde verlief im Sand, da niemand zu dem Zeitpunkt Englisch gesprochen hat. - Handtücher im Zimmer waren immer nur für eine Person vorhanden. Wir mussten JEDEN Tag erneut reklamieren, dass wir zu zweit sind!! - Sauna war kalt !!! Für uns ist das Hotel absolut keine Empfehlung !!!"
