Guests will travel independently to Shanghai from around the world. One day before departure, the tour guide or airport/station transfer driver will contact guests via SMS or phone call. Please provide your contact information when booking and keep your mobile phone available.

Important Notes

1. This is a shared group tour. As guests may arrive on different flights or trains, some waiting time may be required upon arrival. The waiting time will not exceed 2 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

If you prefer not to wait, private transfer service is available at an additional cost: RMB 300 per vehicle per trip (5-seater).

2. Upon arrival, guests will be met by the driver or tour guide and transferred to the hotel. Detailed pickup information will be sent via SMS or WeChat one day in advance.

3. Arrival and departure transfer services are complimentary value-added services and are non-refundable if unused. Complimentary transfers are only available on the official tour dates. Guests arriving outside the tour dates should make their own way to the hotel.

4. Complimentary pickup service hours: 08:00—23:00.
Guests arriving after 23:00 are requested to proceed to the hotel independently.

Gather and proceed to Suzhou, known as the City of Classical Gardens, the Heaven on Earth, the Venice of the East, and the Water City of the Orient.

1. This is a shared group tour. At the end of the trip, guests will gather at the hotel at 10:00 for unified transfer service to the airport or railway station. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2. Complimentary drop-off service is available only to:

Shanghai Hongqiao Airport
Shanghai Pudong International Airport
Drop-off to other locations is currently unavailable.

3. Due to unpredictable traffic conditions in Shanghai, please arrive at the designated meeting point on time as instructed by the tour guide. Late arrivals will need to proceed to the airport or railway station independently.

4. Airport/station transfers on the final day are arranged with either a driver or tour guide. This is not a dedicated private transfer service, and guests are required to complete check-in and boarding procedures independently.

5. The times listed in the itinerary are for reference only. During peak travel seasons, traffic congestion, crowded restaurants, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule. The tour guide may adjust the sightseeing order and timing accordingly without reducing any attractions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

6. Meals included in the itinerary are standard group meals, generally arranged with 10 guests per table. If the number of participants is insufficient, meal arrangements may be adjusted or refunded accordingly, subject to actual arrangements.
