The steep and rugged Castle Mountain comes into view, and shortly after, you will arrive at Lake Louise, a famous lake in the Rocky Mountains. Under the sunlight, the mineral-rich water reflects a mesmerizing blue. Surrounded on three sides by the towering Victoria Glacier, it resembles an emerald scattered in the mountains, earning it the reputation of the "Sapphire of the Rockies". Looking back from the lakeshore, the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise stands quietly amidst the pine forest, awaiting visitors. Afterward, climb to the top of the trail, where the turquoise, crystal-clear water of Moraine Lake (seasonal) reflects the jagged Ten Peaks. From this vantage point, you can take in the panoramic views of the lake and mountains, and completely lose track of time. After leaving Moraine Lake, head to Lake Louise Village for a meal (at your own expense, optional Chinese or Western set meal available for purchase). After lunch, continue heading west, passing by the Spiral Tunnels, built with the blood and tears of Pacific Railway workers, to enter Yoho National Park and arrive at the tranquil Emerald Lake, where red canoes create ripples on the serene, green water. Next, visit the Natural Bridge, formed by the long-term erosion of the Kicking Horse River.
