Important notice regarding the itinerary sequence. Depending on the tour departure date, the order of the itinerary or hotel arrangements may be adjusted, but the tour content remains the same and will not affect your overall experience. Please refer to the tour notice for specific itinerary arrangements.

Optional activity details.
1. All optional activities (fees excluded) have limited availability. We recommend booking and paying at the time of tour booking. On-site registration is not accepted.

2. If the activity cannot proceed due to force majeure at the attraction or other reasons (excluding personal reasons), we will refund the fees for the optional activities (fees excluded).

3. The group meal menu is subject to change without notice. Please refer to the options provided at the restaurant.

4. Group meals are subject to restrictions. If you have special dietary or allergy requests, we do not recommend
purchasing group meals.

Hotel-related information.
1. Standard double rooms in North American hotels are equipped with one double bed, two beds, or one double bed plus a sofa bed. If you have a specific bed type preference, please include it in your booking remarks. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

2. Due to construction restrictions within the national park, some hotels may not be equipped with air conditioning. If the weather is hot, you may request a fan from the hotel front desk, but the hotel cannot guarantee availability. Once your booking is successfully submitted, you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the above conditions.

3. Triple and quadruple rooms are equipped with 2 beds only, and no extra bed is available.

4. Depending on the hotel's policy, you may be required to provide a credit card upon check-in as a deposit for incidental expenses during your stay, such as telephone charges.

5. Please note that all room types are non-smoking. You will be responsible for any fines if this policy is violated.

Other related matters.
1. Baggage restrictions: Each passenger is limited to 1 piece of carry-on baggage and 1 piece of checked baggage not exceeding 23 kg. Excess baggage is subject to an additional fee of CAD 52.5 per piece.

2. Tour vehicles are not wheelchair accessible.
