Very pleasant staff and beautiful rooms. The shower is to die for.the location couldn’t be better it’s only a 6 min drive to Niagara Falls.we enjoyed the hotel so much that we extended our stay by 2 more days.Only thing was that it was advertised that they had continental breakfast but they did not have it everyday.They said only on weekends

The wi dow only shows the hallway.Very dark room.Would stay on first floor but never again on the second floor

Stayed one night after an outlet mall shopping extravaganza. Four friends, 2 rooms. Pros - no bed bugs, linens were very clean, it close to shopping and less expensive restaurants, free parking, Tim Hortons is across the road. Cons - could use some updating. One room had gaps around the AC unit, the other had no safety chain on the door. A note - there are what appear to be residential units here, if that bothers you for some reason, go elsewhere. This isn't the Hilton, if you want that level of hotel, pay for it. This is what you get for about $70 a night. I didn't feel ”unsafe” as some reviews mention, the folks that were there didn't care about me any more than I cared about them. If you just want somewhere to sleep, it's just fine.

You van hear every little noise in this hotel. Don't go here if you want a quiet night or plan on making a bit of noise.

Standard North American motel, parking is very convenient. The indoor facilities are not new, but they are very useful. Breakfast is also a North American standard Western breakfast (bread, waffles, milk, eggs, coffee, juice), unlimited, maple syrup is great. Book a twin room, two big and one small enough. The key is to be kind and good, and the check-in process is very smooth!

I had a concert at Budweiser Stage September 24 and all the hotels in and around Toronto were ridiculous prices. We arrived about half an hour before check in and the front desk agent was able to get us a room that was just cleaned. We had a room with two queen beds and soon as we opened the door it all we could smell was CLEAN! The window is small but I'm not there to look out the window. We were about halfway down the building so noise from the expressway was not an issue. There was a bar fridge and a microwave which came in handy (the bar fridge for us). The bathroom was updated and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy and we slept well. I went down to the lobby to get some water from the dispenser, which was turned off as it's normally only on until 11AM for the juice options. The front desk agent turned it on so I could get some water. PROS: Great price, comfy beds/pillows, great location, friendly staff. Tim Horton's next door! CONS: only saw one ice machine on the first floor by lobby. No shower chair for disabled people to use in the shower. They ask for a $200 hold on your CC upon check in which I think is excessive. Overall, this is a great, affordable option for a trip to Toronto. Right off the expresswa & very close to shopping. A no frills place to stay that won't break the bank!

This hotel had a great location, the rooms were all full each night but was extremely quiet, very clean breakfast had many choices and was very well presented. Check in and out was super easy and front desk staff at both check in and check out were friendly. Definitely would return to this Super 8 if ever going to Brockville again.. super impressed

First off. This place is what it is. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t be expecting any frills extra amenities. What you do get is a clean room, comfortable beds, hot water and great service. The young man who runs this place is very friendly and helpful. We were here on a motorcycle trip and it rained overnight. He left us towels on the chair outside the room so we could wipe them off in the morning. It’s little things like that that go a long way. This place is also walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants which is very convenient. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great service and convenient. Great little budget hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the high-speed service area in Burlington. I also stayed at this hotel last year and it feels good. Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast. I like it. There are fruits, yoghurt, various breads, ham, scrambled eggs, baked potatoes. You can make waffles yourself, as well as milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, etc. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is a fixed shower head, which is quiet at night. It is a good choice for self-driving travel.

The pillows where good beds where good it was warm the only problem was the heaters which don’t work too good but enough to keep it warm enough and based on my previous stay (last minute booking) it was a enjoyable stay with me and my friends. They also charge 20$ for being 1 1/2 hours late checkout

Check in was good, all as requested, great price, convenient location, good TV with dozens of channels, wifi worked. Quirky but fine decor (random themed Bedspreads, shower curtain, but amusing) Really cold fridge, clean, no odors, would stay again

It has been two months since I flew to Toronto from Hong Kong. This is the sixth hotel I have stayed at. The location is very good and the service is very good. The two of us stayed in two rooms, one standard room and one single room, one for five days and one for seven days. It's not expensive and the environment is good. The room is clean but there is no breakfast. We made several reservations because we were afraid of not being able to cancel. But after staying for two days, I thought it was good so I continued to place orders. The price/performance ratio is good. I will recommend it to friends and relatives in the area.

First off, I liked this place. A 5* joint it isn't but then again they do not charge 5* prices. General... Yes, it is a bit jaded and could do with some TLC. In the room it had a fridge & microwave (great for making hot coffee to start the day). 2 Queen beds. A bit soft but comfortable. Clean bedding. 4 towels & 2 facecloths + soap & shampoo. The shower ran nice and hot. Plenty of sockets for your electricals. WEGO bus about 600 metres away. Small supermarket 600 metres away to the left too. TGI Friday, Pizza place, Applebees & other eateries all 400 metres to 1 K.M. away. A rack of info leaflets + a map in reception. The not so good... The TV is a bit dated with few channels. The overall decor was reasonable but needs some TLC. The windows need either net curtains / blinds or some tinting so you can open the curtains and retain some privacy. Though clean, the bathroom also needs some TLC. A small table and 2 basic chairs outside to sit and smoke if you wish that overlooks the car park. The view will not take your breath away but that can be said for many places. The staff... Suman deserves a special mention. She was great. A very helpful lady. Cheerful too. If I had queries or needed something she was happy to help if she could. The other receptionist might smile but was nowhere near as hospitable and helpful - not something you need when on a first visit, to be honest. Generally friendly and polite other staff. For the naysayers I see moaning about this place, I'd say to them, spend more and go stay at the Hilton or similar. LOL. This is a place to sleep, shower, have a coffee or 3 and serves that function quite well.

Good location, walk to the waterfall for about ten minutes, although the hotel is a little old, but clean, the room is large (unfortunately there is no elevator), it is surprising that there is a pool! Hotel service is good.

I have been here at least 2 dozen times and was very close to going somewhere else until a new GM took over! Her name is Blair and she has trained her front desk staff and all staff so as to better guest experience. Wow what a change!! Now I look forward to going there when in the past I had no choice because my company booked me there. Pool is open until 11pm, staff are so nice and the rooms are comfy. I recommend this hotel. Thank you Blair for making a difference.

The Victoria motor inn was exceptional! The room was amazing, very big, very comfy, had everything I needed! The staff were fantastic, helped me with every query, things for the room, help with taxis, absolute everything was perfect! The pics and reviews of this place don’t do it Justice! I didn’t want to leave I loved it that much! I most certainly will be back! Thanks to everyone at Victoria motor inn! Kind Regards Aaron Maxwell

Reasonable prices, very clean, high-powered shower, comfortable kingsize bed, VERY friendly and helpful staff (who remembered me and my preferences from a year ago!). The front desk was out of change for the washing machine, so Jasmine (housekeeping staff member, who was on her way home after her shift) went out and got change and brought it back. With a smile, saying, ”No problem.” The inn isn't easily visible from Yonge Street - it's behind a gas station / Tiim Horton's combo building, but being set back from the street makes it a very quiet place to stay. It's a completely non-smoking building. HIghly recommended.

Located in the Wanjin District with more Chinese people, it has convenient transportation and free parking. It is suitable for self-driving travel. The best thing is that there are many Chinese restaurants around, Shanghai cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine, as well as Huangqi chicken rice, and even the green tea chain of Hangbang cuisine. It is really unexpected.

The building exterior looked like it needed an update, but you can tell the rooms have been upgraded and really, that’s what mattered for me and my family. Laminate / hardwood floors are a plus - no gross carpet. The staff were kind and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles.
