This is a very good hotel located north of Mexico City in an industrial area of Estado De Mexico. I was here on a business trip. The staff is amazing, very well trained and polite. The front desk helped me to get a taxi to work every day. When I was done at work, I would call the hotel to send a taxi to bring me back to hotel. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good. I never got sick from eating at hotel; or any of the restaurants nearby. The hotel is located in a shopping area where you can walk to nearby restaurants, Starbucks, banks, Chilis, El gGobo pastry shop (Excellent), movie theatre, and Walmart. Its very safe to walk around here. The hotel as a small gym and outdoor pool. They met my needs. When I was there in November 2021, you had to wear a mask inside every business (except when eating or drinking), use the hand sanitizer dispenser, and some businesses take your temperature. If I come to this area again for business, I will stay at Fiesta Inn Cuautitlan.

in my previous visit the stay was excellent, but this time I was very disappointed from the hotel, the room's healthcare in very bad conditions the toilet cover broke with the hair-from completely wet, the floor of the bathroom very sweet as a saroso. At the time of generating my reservation I request a couple of extra coats, not taking into account what is requested in generating the reservation when arrived I request it and they took an hour to take me that couple of extra coats was very late necessary rest and in the end we could not do it until after 2 calls to the reception and one hour of waiting

Very good hotel, friends have been living, there is breakfast, praise to give one, will continue to stay in the future, good health, transportation is very convenient, there is a supermarket nearby!

Perfect experience. Came to the hotel 4 hours before check-in time after a long day of flying with no sleep, asked if I could rest inside the lobby until it was time to check in, and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and kind and told me they would let me know as soon as they had a room ready so I could rest. Less than two hours later they gave me a room, which was super clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I rarely write hotel reviews but this was an exceptional experience and I would encourage anyone looking to stay in the area to choose this hotel. Muchas gracias y hasta lluego!
