Why am I giving it 2/5? Because 1/5 reviews are just for petty people. Yes this place is a decent hotel but chances are you're booking it for convenience purposes rather the magic and charm of the Seoul industrial suburbs. They say they offer a shuttle and so I booked it as I was getting fairly late to Incheon during my first time in Korea. So I landed in Incheon, went through customs and was ready to go to the hotel so I called the hotel to ask for their shuttle. It was 9:40 PM and they told me that they stop service at 10 PM. I was like, well good cause we're 20 minutes shy so get on that van and drive it like you stole it! But no they told me they could not longer pick me up and I just went back to the confirmation email and their trip advisor site to see if it mentioned it anywhere and it didn't! Other than that it was fine. Sheets were stiff but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was because of starch and not bodily fluids.

I checked in late at dawn, but kindly checked in and the room was very big and tidy. I will tie it again next time I go to Songdo on business trip. I recommend it

The front desk is very welcoming, there is a convenience store downstairs, there is a hospital next to it, there are bars around, very lively, Incheon does not have much fun, if there is work demand can live this

We thank the hotel for the warm welcome. It was nice to communicate with the staff. We were pleased with the convenient location: close to the metro and the airport. There is a kitchen where you can always have a cup of coffee or cook something. A light breakfast is included👍. Your attention and care for the guests are visible. So you follow the words written in one wise book: ”In everything, do to others as you want them to do to you” (Bible) Thank you for your work!
