#europetrip Tulum may well be one of the most Instagrammed spots in Mexico, with plenty of smoothie stands and yoga retreats, but this Riviera Maya beach town is so much more than a photo-op. In between dips in the crystal clear waters, you can hike through dense jungle among howler and spider monkeys at Punta Laguna Nature Reserve or explore the pre-Columbian Mayan ruins perched on a cliff overlooking the sea. Adventurers can hop on an ATV for off-roading across white sand dunes or go diving or snorkeling in the underwater caves ,overall this place awesome

The St. Regis Kanai Resort, Riviera Maya

#europetrip This St. Regis Resort is breathtaking. Very large hotel with beautiful views at any point. Nice, modern architecture all around, starting from the lobby area. You can tell that top materials were used to build this complex. It was almost like mixing Apple Store designs into a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, with all balcony rooms facing the water. Next up is the service, which was at another level. From the lobby, to the room keepers, to even the restaurants, service was absolutely top-notch. Very friendly and considerate staff. Food was great overall, and I specifically enjoyed their breakfast (which had an amazing almond croissant and smoked salmon). One very minimal thing, which I won’t take off for, is the lighting when nighttime comes is very dim, no strong, bright lights. But I guess some prefer this.overall awesome

#hotelreview stayed here for a week long “babymoon.” After our experience here, it’s going to be hard to vacation anywhere else. From top to bottom, our experience was incredible. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. They were professional and took care of everything you could possibly think of. The food was UNREAL. We left the resort one night to have dinner in Playa Del Carmen, and we had wished we’d stayed on the resort instead. The resort is so intentional with every detail, from the room to the beach, from the spa to the gym, they made every space comfortable, relaxing, and beautiful. You won’t regret staying here; it was worth every penny!overall awesome

Fantastic hotel and loved the breakfast!

Loved how big the property is, it’s spacious and spread out so that even at high occupancy it doesn’t feel busy. The beach is really peaceful and quiet compared to the edition next door where their beach chairs felt compact and all very close to each other. Love that this hotel focuses on health, the breakfast was superb and had a lot of healthy options like egg white and veggies scramble and green juice. The room is spacious and nice. We are planning our next trip back!

Beautiful place, right? Do you want to know what really happened behind the scenes of this photo? We found this hotel in Mexico on Instagram. Settled in. It's beautiful. And together with us, a malaria mosquito settled in the villa. It didn't work to kill him with a cap. While waving, a second mosquito flew in, a third, then a hundred more. Only the lack of team experience did not allow them to carry me into the thicket. Mom and I galloped away, squealing like schoolgirls. It was a good run that day. Mosquitoes also flew with pleasure. Well, in general, for me the worst moment in many hot countries is that the toilet is outdoors. You know, this rain shower thing, and right there you find a toilet. In fact, it's terribly inconvenient. You never know which monitor lizard will crawl past you in the bushes at 3am. But photogenic, yes 😅 How do you like the place in the photo? We chose the Rivera Mya location instead of Punta Cana due to the reviews of their water park & new features. I listed my thoughts about 3 of our top resorts choices this year but the pictures included are only from Nickelodeon and nowhere else. I listed Nickelodeon 1st to coordinate with the pictures selected. Rating: 1-10 (1 being the lowest score and 10 being the highest score) 3. Resort - Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort Highlights - Water park Thoughts- Customer service was not good. They are overpriced and does a lot of “bait & switch” to get more money from guest. There were many guest complaints about deceptive practices but the resort was beautiful. Rating- 5 2. Resort - Club Med Cancun Highlights - Serenity Thoughts-This is a very beautiful location & customer service was average. The food was ok. Rating - 8 1. ⭐️ Resort - Xcaret Mexico Highlights - The shuttle service and superb parks connected to the hotel. Thoughts-The customer service was excellent and the value for your money was unbelievable. This will still be our number 1 pick. Rating - 10
