#hatyaitrip 📍Zab Inter Sadao, Hatyai Stopped by this restaurant while we were on a road trip from Malaysia to Hatyai city. The restaurant is conveniently located near the border, perfect place to stop by and have a break before driving further north to Hatyai city. The restaurant is huge and spacious, can accommodate friends and families of larger groups. There is also plenty of parking spots available on the site, easily accessible and convenient. They serve authentic Thai food here at Zab Inter Sadao. Food was served warm and quickly, came in great presentation, instagrammable enough. Love the fried rice which was flavourful and full of umami, fried chicken wing was well cooked too!

The restaurant is new, spacious and clean, serving authentic local Thai cuisine. They have a huge parking area as well, so no troubles at finding parking spots. Having both indoor and outdoor seatings, with wooden painted seats, this restaurant is cozy, homey and comfortable! Love the service from staffs, very friendly and nice! We ordered tomyam kung (tomyam soup with shrimps, mushrooms) and a salad to pair with rice. Tomyam soup was really delicious and flavourful, was a little bit spicy but all’s good! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

#timetotravel I stopped by Koji Cha Cafe in Sadao, Thailand, and decided to try their Koji Cha Black Iced Tea. It was a delightful choice with a good taste, and the best part is, it's budget-friendly at just 24 baht. The cafe boasts a welcoming environment with its elegant design and spacious seating. The enthusiastic staff members enhance the overall experience. It seems like a popular spot for students, and the speedy Wi-Fi certainly adds to its appeal. I'll definitely return to Koji Cha Cafe for more of that tasty tea.

#timetotravel I visited the White Temple located in Sadao, Thailand, which transforms into the "Red Temple" at night with the use of red lighting. I arrived here in the evening, although I personally feel that it might be more beautiful during the daytime. Nonetheless, it still held a mysterious allure. Inside the temple, there's a white snake statue with fresh flower offerings in front of it. I took a moment to offer my prayers here. Flanking the temple entrance are two white elephant statues, adding to the solemn and sacred atmosphere. Whether day or night, this place is serene and spiritually significant, providing a sense of tranquility and sanctity.

What makes Akiko Tea even more appealing is its affordability. Despite the high-quality beverages, the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is fresh and youthful, with a modern design that adds to the overall experience. The staff at Akiko Tea were not only friendly but also polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere. To top it off, the fast Wi-Fi allowed me to catch up on work or connect with friends while enjoying my drink. For me, Akiko Tea has become a go-to place to unwind and savor a delicious beverage. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some downtime, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sadao.

Malaysia Public holiday seasons. Sadao border very packed with malaysian preferring the nearby town for a vacation. All public transport tickets filly sold out. During the day, vehicle need to que for almost 6 hours, for passport verification Another 3 hours for vehicle custom form. Thai authorities still doing manually( i think they need to be aligned with current technologies as to embed it into the internet platform) Nevertheless, all in all. Total from malaysian border to sadao border is with total time of 8 hourse waster

#travellerswonderland It's a mountain that rises up almost to the end from the Padang side....I recommend coming at 5:00 a.m. to see the very beautiful mist lake...come and visit...but be careful about going up the mountain. ..The mountain is very steep..The car must be in strong and durable condition. the most beautiful view is the one I recommend: the sea of mist and the mountains. ..between Thailand and Malaysia.

Did you wonder about how the communist lived in the forest? I was fortunate to get to visit an ex - communist village in Khao Nam Khang and it was definitely interesting!!! Khao Nam Khang Historical Tunnel is situated in Mu 1, Ban Piyamit 5, Tambon Klongkwang, Natawee District, Songkhla Province, four Km from Khao Nam Khang National Park. This area was once a communist village and tunnels were built in the mountains to provide housing and shelter for the Communist people… but after the Communist Party declared an end to the fighting, the tunnel is now open to public as a unique new tourist attraction…. The tunnel is about 1,000 meters long, and is divided into many sections such as bed rooms, cooking room, signals office, meeting room, shooting range, emergency room, etc. There is also a restaurant serving delicious and healthy dishes, souvenir shop and herbal remedies shop at the tunnel complex. The café is newly opened recently and there was quite a crowd when we were there. The café was aesthetically pretty, bright and sleek. Love that they have both indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor seatings! We chose the outdoor seating on a gloomy afternoon and it was airy and breezy, love the natural breeze! They have plenty of seatings and tables, with a good space between tables. They offer coffee and desserts like tiramisu, cakes. We ordered one of their specialty coffee, ‘Sunrise’ which is a blend of americano and orange juice, love this refreshing blend! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

Love the retro and minimalistic vibe in the café. They have both indoor and outdoor seatings, outdoor seatings do feel like camping outdoor! The staff was friendly and polite! We ordered iced latte for to go, and it was great and affordable! Coffee has strong coffee aroma and shot, good portion of coffee and milk. I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!
