Cute and adorable Minions have appeared in Shenzhen MixC World. Although the area is not large, it is perfect for 📸 photos, with scenes that are particularly photogenic.

I never expected to find this in the central area of Nanshan, Shenzhen
On my way to the MixC World, I was looking for a convenience store
and stumbled upon this 1980s neighborhood.
When I saw it, it reminded me of the Kowloon Walled City.
It seems to be fully occupied now,
probably serving as dormitories for many companies.
Such old houses must hold countless memories
for those who have lived and worked in Shenzhen.
This place is very close to the major office buildings of MixC World in the Nanshan central area.
I can hardly believe that such valuable land still has these kinds of buildings.
After visiting these two places, I was deeply moved by the short distance between them:
on one side are the traces of the old Shenzhen people's struggles from the 1980s,
and on the other side are the towering skyscrapers where the new Shenzhen people strive.
In just over forty years, so many people have come and gone.
This building truly witnesses the development of Shenzhen since the reform and opening up.
I really hope it can be preserved.
I've visited many old houses before, and it's distressing to see them being demolished one after another.

A quick two-day tour of the Greater Bay Area
Starting from Hong Kong, it is convenient to travel to the neighboring cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In addition to enjoying Hong Kong, take two days and one night to visit Macau, which combines Chinese and Portuguese styles, Shenzhen with its many popular check-in spots, or Guangzhou, a hub of entertainment and gourmet food, to enrich your itinerary.
Macau is a historic district where Chinese and Western cultures converge, offering a dazzling array of authentic cuisine and concentrated tourist attractions, making it very suitable for short trips.
When in Macau, one must not miss the World Heritage sites in the historic district. On the second day, head to the equally located in Nanshan District, MixC World (Metro: High Tech Park Station). Guangzhou has been the hub city of the Lingnan region since ancient times, and its modern development is also advancing rapidly. The city's metro lines are extensive, making it convenient for independent travelers to visit more places in a short time.
There's a saying, 'Eating in Guangzhou.' Why not start your journey with your taste buds? Xihua Road 'Food Street' (Metro: Chen Clan Academy Station) or Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street (Metro: Changshou Road Station) are both good choices.
The city landmark, Canton Tower (Metro: Canton Tower Station), known as China's number one tourism and sightseeing tower, is a must-visit in Guangzhou to experience the charm of the 'Slim Waist'. In addition to enjoying the view from above and visiting the wax museum, thrill-seeking tourists can also try the horizontal Ferris wheel and the vertical drop ride.
As night falls, it is recommended to walk two minutes from the east square of the Canton Tower to the Fortune Pier and take a boat trip on the Pearl River to appreciate the new 'Eight Sights of Guangzhou,' including 'Tower Shining Over the New City' and 'Pearl River's Glimmering Waters'.

Shenzhen Outing with Kids | California Sunset Camping Flash Event at MixC World
Although Eslite Bookstore is no longer at MixC World, I still make it a point to visit whenever I'm back in Shenzhen. During the summer break, I took the kids there and spent half a day taking photos and enjoying the food.
MixC World is a pet-friendly mall, which is great for pet lovers, and it has a wide variety of dining options.
The water square at MixC World is incredibly photogenic, featuring a California sunset scene with karst rock formations, desert cacti 🌵, hot air balloons, and other elements. It also offers a trendy luxury camping vibe with various beverage and coffee carts, perfect for both photo-taking and relaxation.
In addition to taking photos, there are also non-alcoholic, caffeine-free drinks available for children. Plus, you can occasionally see airplanes ✈️ flying overhead.

This summer, Shenzhen has no shortage of excellent exhibitions, especially since some of the exhibitions have chosen Shenzhen as the first stop of their global tour, which has indeed been a feast for the eyes of the citizens and friends of Pengcheng~

The venue has over 2000 square meters of vast space, with three main thematic units: Dream-Touching/Encounter/Spiritual Movement. The exhibition is interwoven with digital images of cultural relics, the archaeological excavation process, and artists' creations of Sanxingdui-themed works. Guided by authoritative institutions and proven by industry experts, it uses 12K ultra-high-definition micro-observation of national treasures, combining technology, music, painting, and other diverse methods, allowing the audience to touch the ancient Shu culture from multiple dimensions such as audio-visual interaction, to closely feel the millennium civilization of the ancient Shu state, and to experience a millennium at a glance in an immersive way!

Shenzhen Nanshan's China Resources MixC World is an innovative incubation product under China Resources Land, and it is the second MixC series product created in Shenzhen, which will be completed and open for business on September 27, 2017.
China Resources MixC World boasts a 230,000 square meter 'block+mall' innovative commercial space, including nearly 300 shops, over 1,000 brands, 12 standalone flagship stores, as well as an indoor children's playground exceeding 2,000 square meters and a 24-hour international gourmet food street.
