Wai o tapu is one of the the must visit tourist attraction if you are traveling in the north island of New Zealand! Located just a short drive away from the city of Taupo or Rotorua, and it will be good to have about 2 hours to visit this place. There are many unique feature which you can see over here, with one of the most iconic one to be the colorful Champagne pool(shown in cover photo). It is truly an amazing sight to watch and at times you can even watch the eruption of the Lady Knox Geyser! Other features includes steaming ground, bubbling mud, volcanic craters and many other really cool natural sights. Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland is one of the most famous attractions in Rotorua or even in New Zealand. It is located on the edge of the Taupo Volcanic Zone. The boiling mud pools, hot springs of different colors, and huge volcanic craters are the most iconic volcanic landscapes and geothermal wonders. The park is not big. You can see all the beautiful scenery by walking two of the three trails to the Champagne Pool. Only credit cards are accepted for payment. After buying a ticket, you will get a stamp on your hand, which is the ticket for admission. There is a geyser show at 10:15 in the morning, which is very spectacular. It is recommended to go early if possible. It is a few minutes' drive from the ticket office. In general, the Champagne Pool is uniquely beautiful. Liu Shishi has a good taste, hahaha
