Ouarzazate Summer Resort | Cool, narrow red valley.
Ouarzazate Summer Resort | Cool, narrow red valley
Todra Gorge, a canyon in the African desert
Known as one of the most spectacular canyons in the world
Only a dozen meters wide, but more than 300 meters high
The brown-red valley walls are steep and dangerous, like natural barriers, reminiscent of the "Open Sesame" story in "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves"
There are natural, clear springs and rivers flowing through the canyon
The canyon is cool and comfortable, making it a great place to visit in summer. The average temperature is only 20°C, and if you stay long enough, you might even feel a little chilly and want to put on a jacket
•
In addition to walking through the canyon, there are also rock climbing activities with professional instructors. It's fun and challenging!
If you like outdoor sports, be sure to add this challenge to your Todra Gorge itinerary
−
"Pleasant Afternoon"
Most people choose to leave after hiking or visiting the canyon
But we wanted to stay longer, so we chose a hotel in the mountains for lunch, and it was very comfortable in the valley
The potato, lamb, and eggplant pot was delicious
📍Valley Restaurant: Auberge Le Festival

Red Rocky Landscape
#celebratewithtrip
The Toudra Gorge are a series of limestone river canyons in the eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains near the town of Tinerhir in Morocco, around 220 kilometers 200 minutes drive from Merzouga.
It begins at the oasis of Tinghir, whose beautiful palm gardens from the entrance gate to the gorge. Continuing along the road for about 15 kilometers, you will be amazed by the red rocky landscape.
Both Toudra and Dades rivers are responsible for craving out these deep cliff-sided canyons.
Particularly worth seeing is the last part of the canyon, part of the rock walls are up to 300 meters and the canyon is partly only 10 meters wide.
