I found another great place for banquets and parties!
My colleagues and I found a great fusion Sichuan restaurant in Tianfu Art Park. The environment is great, with many private rooms. The overall decoration is stylish and warm, with high privacy. You can drink tea and have fun here, and the service is also very good. It is really suitable for business banquets!
Steamed large yellow croaker, absolutely delicious! The spiciness of the yellow chili pepper meets the freshness of the large yellow croaker, and every bite is really enjoyable! I really love it!
Kung Pao prawns, the bouncy shrimp with Kung Pao sauce, this sweet and sour taste is amazing! I ate 3 by myself!
Green pepper rabbit, the rabbit meat is fresh and tender, and the green pepper is refreshing, it is super delicious, friends who can eat spicy food must try it!
The "luxury version" of spicy hot pot, the soup is red and bright, spicy and delicious, and there are many combinations inside. Prawns, beef tripe, yellow throat, luncheon meat, so delicious that you can't stop!
They have a lot of dishes, such as twice-cooked pork, casserole kale, cabbage heart, black truffle mushrooms, red-faced duck soup, etc. They have it all here. If you come here for a dinner party, you will definitely be praised!

A perfect blend of art and nature | Tianfu Art Park.
A city oasis that blends art and life, nature and culture.
Located in Jinniu District, Chengdu, Tianfu Art Park is a shining pearl of Chengdu's new era of park city construction.
Here, three lakes surround, rippling with blue waves, reflecting each other, painting a vivid picture of humanistic ecology.
Stepping into Tianfu Art Park is like stepping into a dreamlike art palace, and it is also an ecological oasis. The park is densely vegetated, with winding greenways, and the three friends of pine, bamboo, and plum are dotted among them, echoing the colorful flowers on the artificial island.
Here, art and life blend perfectly, strolling among them, the breeze blowing on your face, the water waves are not rising, making people forget the hustle and bustle, return to nature, and every moment is full of poetry and distance.

It seems that this artist has drawn a lot of inspiration from mobile phones
In the 'Live Entertainment' series, Lin Wen's message is very clear. He reflects on the internet's monopoly on information for young people, especially how smartphones, in his view, have become an indispensable part of the human body.
The cover is 'Live Entertainment No.20', where the character in the painting stares intently at a mobile phone, and the entire frame also resembles a phone screen, creating a strange spatial sense like that in 'Inception' and 'The Truman Show'.
Lin Wen has used imitation fur in many of his works. I've also seen Lin Wen's works at the He Duoling Art Museum before, where he had paintings on door panels. I'm curious about how he came up with the idea to use these materials?
Lin Wen: "By chance, I pasted a piece of fur fabric on a door panel painting. The fabric juxtaposed with the exposed bodies of the characters in the painting gave me a sense of a peculiar and ambiguous effect. So I started experimenting. It's actually just about replacing the conventionally agreed upon oil painting base canvas - linen - with velvet fabric (imitation fur)."
Regarding the use of mixed materials, it's still this second piece, with an open book connected to a pale yellow rope. The intention of such a setting is that the book is related to ideology, and the rope represents control.
I asked Lin Wen a rather gossipy question about why he thought of painting slightly overweight men?
It's actually somewhat like a self-portrait, as he was a bit overweight at the time. Speaking of which, when Lin Wen first showed his original photos, everyone was shocked; he is a genuine radical transformation. He has always insisted on running, and it's always been morning runs. I reasonably suspect that he is also making a transition by moderately putting down his phone, stepping away from the virtual world of the internet, and re-examining real life.
There are some portrait series created in 2023, with the facial features obscured, appearing like afterimages or avatars. Why such a setup?
Lin Wen: "These portraits actually carry some features of language training, and I wanted to do some portrait modeling training that is different from the past. So I included some elements of screen glitch aesthetics."

Tianfu Art Park: Witness a sunset of Orange Ocean that belongs to the people of Chengdu

Both art enthusiasts and those seeking inspiration should not miss these meticulously planned exhibitions, which are undoubtedly cultural treasures. After visiting the art museum, step into the heart of the park to the Tianfu Humanities and Arts Library, a wisdom hall deeply rooted in the poetic sentiment of the region. The library's layout is ingeniously designed, featuring diverse functional areas such as the Book Mountain Zone, Humanities and Arts Hall, Digital Display Area, and a reading room for visually impaired readers. The architectural design, inspired by the famous line from Du Fu 'The window frames the Western Range's eternal snow,' creates a three-dimensional scroll that vividly brings to life the continuous charm of the Xiling Snow Mountains, making each reading journey accompanied by poetic imaginations of Bashu's landscapes.
In the afternoon, why not take a stroll to the ancient photography paradise adjacent to the park - Yi Garden and Shu Garden? These two gardens are connected to each other, forming a tranquil and historically rich leisure spot. Yi Garden, as a unique private garden expo in China, treasures the courtly style of 'Shu Wind Han Charm,' with an ancient and solemn atmosphere flowing through the courtyard layout. Shu Garden, on the other hand, centers around four main buildings: Shu Sound Pavilion, Shu Charm Pavilion, Shu Art Pavilion, and Jinshang Boat, complemented by exquisite garden landscapes, making it the only park in the country themed around Sichuan opera, where the rich local opera culture is vividly displayed.
Transportation: Line 2, Yingbin Avenue Station, underground parking available
Together, they create a classical world where time intersects. When the crowds are sparse, you can leisurely step into it and enjoy an immersive ancient-style experience. Dressed in Hanfu, walking among pavilions and water terraces, it's like traveling through time, experiencing the elegance of ancient times. Chengdu Exhibition! The large installations are so impressive! Recommended for an hour
Navigate to 'Tianfu Art Park Pavilion B'
It just opened today!
An entire exhibition of large installations
It includes 'Realgar' which participated in the 2021 Biennale
And 'Cinnabar - The Power of Freedom' from the 2023 Chengdu Biennale
The 13-meter-tall installation 'Cinnabar·Sacrifice' is truly spectacular!
The exhibition theme 'Extreme Vision' originates from curator Feng Boyi's understanding and summary of Meng Luding's recent painting creations.
'Extreme' implies a critical, marginal, and boundless meaning
'Vision' represents the manifestation of a visual tension that reaches as far as the eye can see
It means that Meng Luding's artistic journey is always filled with an extreme vision

Life advice: Visit this Guofeng park before you leave Chengdu!
Chengdu, Chengdu!! Without going to Jiangnan, it's still in Chengdu!!
This place is really less crowded and scenically beautiful, it's so worth it for friends traveling to Chengdu to spend half a day here!
🍂 The ancient-style architecture, the gardens filled with birdsong and floral fragrances, the crystal-clear streams, the boats bobbing on the waves; there are also small bridges, rockeries, stone arch bridges, lawns, flower beds... It's like stepping out of a painting of Jiangnan, so beautifully real!
🍂 Taking advantage of the cool autumn weather, I went for a Park Walk with my sisters! There are so many great photo spots throughout the park! Whether on the lawn, by the small river, inside the rockery, beside the bridge... And various ancient-style buildings, it's like a fairyland in the green fields, we couldn't stop taking photos! It's simply too joyful~

Chengdu Tianfu Art Museum | The stunning beauty is like a blooming flower
🌻The museum is divided into Area A and Area B, located in Tianfu Art Park. Its architectural shape is inspired by the city flower of Chengdu - the hibiscus, like a hibiscus out of water. You can watch an art exhibition here and encounter a sunset.
🎈Highlights
🎃Exterior Environment
The Tianfu Art Museum is surrounded by water on three sides, located on a peninsula on the east bank of the artificial lake, like a hibiscus out of water. In the architect's vision, the museum is an exhibit in the park, with a very technological exterior.
🎃Scale
The total area of the museum is 40,000 square meters, with an exhibition hall area of nearly 13,000 square meters. The radial architectural plan is centered around the public hall, connecting the surrounding exhibition spaces. The spiral staircase in the hall is the visual focus.
🎃Planar Space
The exhibition hall is well-arranged, with a gentle curvature of the corresponding roof, which is convenient for top-level exhibition use. The curvature of the roof corresponding to the public area is undulating, wrapping a richly varied interior space. The spatial hierarchy is very rich, and it is very photogenic from different angles.
🎃Local Features
The curved ceiling and walls are veneered with bamboo skin material characteristic of Sichuan, which is very local and has a strong overall spatial sense.
🎃Exhibits
The Tianfu Art Museum aims to collect and study the works of local artists in Chengdu, while also showcasing the latest trends in the domestic and international art circles. When viewing the exhibition, there is a QR code next to the work that can be scanned to see the introduction of the author and the painting, which helps to understand the work and has a certain exhibition gain.
🎃Three Museums and One Lake
In addition to the Tianfu Art Museum, there are contemporary art museums and humanities art libraries on both sides of the artificial lake, which are worth visiting and learning. The three museums are positioned as city-level comprehensive cultural facilities, forming a new type of urban cultural cluster with multiple functions such as exhibition, collection, research, reading, and social education.

Chengdu's Xinshan Bookstore is a great place for one to spend a day alone when bored
The new Xinshan Bookstore is here! It's located in Tianfu Art Park
Full of artistic temperament~
Even if you don't read books, it's worth visiting just for the photos!
The books are very complete, the areas are clearly divided, find a book you like, find a spot by the window to sit down~ I love this quiet and relaxed feeling! One can stay here all day!
The first floor is Xinshan's return island bistro, near the lake, you can sit indoors and outdoors, leisurely drink coffee, eat something when you're hungry, it's also nice to read a book and have afternoon tea with friends on rest days.
