After a morning of trekking through the misty hills of Sapa, I was eager to find a cozy spot to relax and recharge. Green Farm Coffee, nestled amidst the town's charming streets, proved to be the perfect haven. The café's rustic charm, with its wooden interiors and lush greenery, immediately drew me in. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. I found a comfortable seat by the window, where I could admire the picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. The menu offered a delightful array of coffee and tea options, as well as light snacks. I opted for a cup of their signature Sapa coffee, which was brewed to perfection. The rich, aromatic brew was the ideal pick-me-up, invigorating my senses and warming my soul. One of the highlights of my visit was the opportunity to witness the coffee-making process firsthand. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the various stages of production, from bean to cup.
