[2024 Birmingham Stay] Travel Guide for Premier Inn Birmingham City Cente (Exchange Square) (Updated Dec)
Super clean and super friendly!
The staff are what make the Premier Inn Birmingham in the City Centre a great visit. When I struggled with both my room key and dinner recommendations, they were able to help with both and did so with a smile.
The rooms are super clean, just as I would expect and the bathrooms too!
I felt super safe in the area and the hotel itself. It was always staffed and was well lit.
Breakfast was good but I’ve had better Premier Inn breakfasts elsewhere. Scrambled eggs were running out quicker than could be replenished so both times I missed out!
There’s books and drawing utensils for children and a variety of items to purchased if you forget yours. Many people do not know but there’s extra tea and coffee in the reception area if you drink yours in your room.
