Macau Fisherman's Wharf
Macau Fisherman's Wharf is a famous tourist attraction located on the eastern coast of the Macau Peninsula. The architectural style and harbor views in this area are quite impressive, showing a lot of thought put into the design. At Fisherman's Wharf, you can see many elements of Italian architecture, making it a great spot for photos. Unfortunately, many of the shops and restaurants here seem to be closed.

Fascinating Visit to Fisherman’s Wharf at Macau
#myhiddengems
My visit to the Colosseum at Fisherman’s Wharf in Macau was a remarkable experience. The venue impresses with its grand Roman-inspired architecture, creating a striking backdrop for its vibrant atmosphere.
I enjoyed exploring the various shops and dining options around the area, all while soaking in the historical ambiance.
The Colosseum itself is a highlight, offering a unique blend of entertainment and cultural allure.
Whether you’re there for a show or simply to take in the stunning design, the Colosseum provides an engaging and memorable experience that beautifully complements the lively environment of Fisherman’s Wharf.

Macau Qiang Kee Hot Pot x Charcoal Stove Lamb Belly Pot x Nostalgia Old Shop
In recent years, I have discovered that Fisherman’s Wharf is great. It has a wide variety of restaurants and many of them can be viewed outdoors while enjoying the night view and blowing the sea breeze. Qiangji is a hotpot that uses the traditional charcoal fire method and is highly praised by locals. It used to be located on Guanqian Street in the old city, but now it has moved Arriving at Fisherman’s Wharf~ It is recommended to go outdoors, perfect for watching the night view💕
🌟Perhaps the beginning of spring is not as refreshing as eating hot pot in cold weather, but as long as there is wind in the spring and summer nights, it is very comfortable to eat outdoors ~ Recommended must-order dishes
✔️Lamb brisket pot: The lamb brisket is very tasty, the meat is soft and tender, and it is dipped in fermented bean curd, garlic and green onions. The taste is very similar to that in Taiwan.
✔️Classic Pork Bone Pot: I started to fall in love with Pork Bone Pot in Macau. The thick soup is full of pepper aroma (but it is a bit too spicy at the end of cooking), and each pork bone is full of collagen.
✔️The most recommended ingredients are oysters🦪, which are as big as the length of your index finger and have a bursting texture. Of course, you can also order other vegetables and bean curd skin.
💯This time there are less people and it’s hard to order hot stir-fried dishes. I see that there are some garlic corn, garlic crispy pork ribs, etc. on the table. The overall ingredients are fresh and not bad for your stomach😅. Charcoal stove + nostalgia + seaside night view = full of authentic fireworks flavor👍

If you don't go to the Fisherman's Wharf in Macau, you will regret it for half a year
When sorting out Macau photos, the highest praise from friends is taken at the Fisherman's Wharf. Think carefully, if I didn't go to the Fisherman's Wharf at that time, I might regret it for half a year.
If you only took pictures of the Parisian Eiffel Tower, the London Big Ben, and the Venetian in Macau, the "European tour" is not over yet, go to the Fisherman's Wharf to end, and take a picture of the Roman theater to end.
Fisherman's Wharf is a commercial and entertainment complex built by gambling king Stanley Ho. The shops here are not very popular, and there are naturally not many tourists. What is particularly eye-catching is a circular performance venue built like an ancient Roman Colosseum. The photos are particularly good. Not only foreign tourists come here to take pictures, but also many local fairies.
🕑Best shooting time: Before and after sunset, the light becomes soft, and the faint afterglow sprinkles a thin layer of orange on the entire building. The antique and old-fashioned taste is stronger, and the photos are very retro Hong Kong style.
🎬Scenes:
🔸Roman theater: 360 degrees without dead ends, arches, corridors, Roman columns are all good-looking, mobile phone cameras can be arranged.
🔸Dockside: You can overlook the Friendship Bridge between the Macau Peninsula and Taipa, giving the illusion of standing on the bow and looking far away.
📌Address: Avenida Dr. Sun Yat-sen, Sé, Macau Peninsula
🕑Opening hours: Open all year round for free
🚗Transportation: It is best to take a bus on the Macau Peninsula, which is closer and more convenient than Taipa. It should be noted that Macau buses only accept cash and do not give change, so be sure to prepare change in advance.

Macau | This niche check-in point is too good to shoot
✍🏻It's on the Macau Peninsula. It takes about half an hour to walk from the Ruins of St. Paul. We arrived at noon. There are not many people, so it's easy to shoot a clean background🥳
🕌Going in is like being in Europe. Although the venue is not big, the rate of good photos is very high. Sisters who want to take photos must rush. Wearing black and white clothes is easier to get good photos📸
🚗It's also very convenient to leave. The Sands Hotel nearby has a fortune car that can go to the Venetian.

Macau Fisherman's Wharf
🌟Highlights:
Apart from visiting the Ruins of St. Paul's in Macau🇲🇴, the Fisherman's Wharf located next to the Sands Macao is also a worthwhile attraction to visit, and the key point is that it does not charge an entrance fee🎫.
Attraction environment:
The Fisherman's Wharf was built by the gambling king Stanley Ho with a huge amount of money, which took five years, and many parts of it were built by reclamation. The entire scenic area is divided into three main theme areas according to the design: the Palace Wharf, the East-West Gathering, and the Lijun Wharf.
❤Recommended reason:
Located on the coast of the new reclamation area of the Outer Harbour, facing the sparkling sea and the Friendship Bridge with a post-modern design concept. On the spot, you can feel the wonderful experience of being surrounded by the sea and history.
Tourist buses🚌 come to the entrance of the scenic area from time to time, indirectly reflecting the popularity of this attraction. Among them, the most suitable for checking in is the ancient Roman performance venue, a multi-purpose stage that can accommodate two thousand people and covers an area of 190 square meters, designed after the Roman Colosseum. Many people thought they were really in Italy🇮🇹 when they first saw the photo. When the weather is good, any shot is a blockbuster.
In addition, there are also many delicious foods to choose from nearby, coffee egg tarts milk tea, there is always one suitable for you in the tea restaurant. Remember to check in if you have the chance~

Macau | Fisherman's Wharf
💟Fisherman’s Wharf is Macau’s first theme park and shopping mall modeled after European and American Fisherman’s Wharf
💟Here you can appreciate the ancient Roman style architecture
💟Fisherman's Wharf is divided into three themed areas: Tangcheng District, East-West Convergence Area, and Legend Pier. It is a good place to take photos and enjoy the sea view with its concave shape. It is also a very fun place.

Macau fisherman wharf
#timetotravel #macautravel #campingglamping #instatravel Macau Fisherman's Wharf is Macau's first theme park located on the waterfront near the Hong Kong Macau Ferry. Spanning over an area of more than 111,500 square meters, this landmark attraction is an area wise concentration of entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, marinas, convention and exhibition facilities. The Macau Fisherman’s Wharf is simply an imitation of structural and architectural sensibilities of the West that are blended into Chinese Culture. In the entire facade, one can find fancy rides like Magic Carpet and Bumper Cars that are loved by children. Impeccably planned and well-executed, the Wharf has amazing shopping options which are usually heavy on the pocket.

The most popular section is the Roman-themed amphitheater made of limestone structures with classical beauty.
This is the section that comes to mind first when you think of Macau Fisherman's Wharf.
It is an ironic sight that the famous buildings are recreated in miniature, making them better for photos than the actual buildings.

Macau Fisherman's Wharf is a testament to Macau's unique blend of Chinese and Portuguese heritage. Inspired by European seaports, the complex features distinctive architectural styles, reminiscent of Mediterranean towns and Portuguese colonial buildings. Visitors can immerse themselves in the rich cultural tapestry by exploring the replica of the A-Ma Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or strolling through the Old Macau Street, which showcases the city's historic charm. Cultural performances, including traditional Chinese music and dance, further enhance the cultural experience, providing a glimpse into the vibrant traditions of Macau.

Macao Fisherman's Wharf is much quieter compared to the area around St. Paul's Ruins.
There are few tourists, feel free to take some photos! It would be even better to choose a good weather day.
Architecture resembling the Roman Colosseum is perfect for taking photos, especially portraits. The photos have a strong sense of ancient Rome, with statues and ruins of walls that exude an old-fashioned atmosphere. I really like this style~

Relaxing Walk at Macau Fisherman's Wharf
Macau Fisherman's Wharf is especially suitable for walking around the streets and checking in the photogenic spots. The buildings and architecture here resemble the ones in Europe. Very beautiful. Today is the day for a crazy walk in Macau, and the Greater Bay Area that has been cloudy for a week is finally sunny! Crying...
Hurry up and check in at some landmark buildings! The people at the Fisherman's Wharf are really scarce and the scenery is amazing!
Speaking of which, there are too many people in Macau. I couldn't even book a room, it's ridiculous!

Wonderful hotel. Recently built, nice staff, huge beautiful rooms with amazing bathrooms, an indoor pool with jacuzzi and a nice view. It is quiet and super clean. Probably one of the best room I ever had in a hotel. The only negative point : it is quite far from the center of the city (about 35 minutes of walk), especially the old town. You can catch a free shuttle from/to the ferry terminal and the Venetian next door at the Sands, which is super nice.

Macao Fishermen’s Wharf
That’s a very interesting entertainment complex in Macao with 5 stars luxury hotels, walking area, shops, cafes and restaurants.
It’s built in antique style and looks like Rome or Amsterdam. There are lots of places with world known sightseeings for taking pictures. Except that you will find lots of places to walk around.
📍Fishermen’s Wharf is located right by the Outer Harbour Hong Kong-Macau Ferry (5 minutes walk), so I would recommend you to visit this place at once you arrive to Macao.
📍Recommended time - 2 hours. If you like shopping probably you will need more time 😉
