Located in Bukit Batok Town Park, Little Guilin is a picturesque granite quarry that resembles the famous Guilin landscape in China. The park features a serene lake surrounded by towering rock formations and lush greenery, creating a tranquil and scenic setting. It’s a popular spot for photography, painting, or simply enjoying a peaceful walk. The area is relatively quiet, making it perfect for those seeking solitude or a romantic outing. Despite its natural beauty, Little Guilin remains one of Singapore’s lesser-known attractions, making it a delightful hidden gem for visitors to discover.

Spent the weekends and went to little Guilin Singapore just for a short walk and to enjoy the nice views over here. It’s really pretty and breathtaking and sometimes I can’t believe Singapore has such pretty structures and nature environment. It’s nice to just chill here and have a chat with your friends or reflect. There’s some people who come here to hike and exercise or jog as well. Overall suggest visiting if you are in need for some calmness and peace! You’ll find it here confirm!

Just went to little Guilin since I passed by the area at bukit gombak. Just a few minutes walk away from the mrt station. It looks quite pretty. There are some tourists and locals here just chilling around and eating out here while staring at the nice views and all. Overall I quite liked this place and it’s suitable for lots of photo taking as the views are breath taking. Suggest heading here to check it out if you are by the area!

An ex granite quarry, this park is nested in the middle of the housing estate which I think is a great idea. I came here on a late morning, the rock formations look awesome with the nice sky behind. The lake is calm and there are some rocks which you can sit around to relax and bask yourself in this temporary retreat. You can walk along the designated perimeter to look at the rock formations at different angles, but largely looks quite similar. If I live around here, this would be the perfect place to chill and get away at times.

[Explore SG] Little Guilin of Singapore
#wheretogo The first time I had seen Little Guilin was on a bus, and I didn’t know it existed until then. I was intrigued by this quarry located right in the middle of a residential estate. So I decided to explore it.
To be honest, that was it - Little Guilin is just as what you see in the pictures. The majestic granite rock formations sit in the middle of a peaceful lake, surrounded by forestry.
It used to supply granites, but stopped operations in the 1980s, and the government decided to convert it into a park. Now it’s the Bukit Batok Town Park that has an area of 42 hectares with a 400-metre long trail along the edge of the lake. Alas, there’s no access to the top of the hill at Little Guilin.
Nevertheless, it’s free to visit and is open 24 hours daily, although park lighting hours are from 7pm to 7am.
