My home “city” is a great place to wander around and explore. lots of ancient streets and buildings to take pictures of. Cafes, bars, and restaurants can be found everywhere. people are also super friendly. Kilkenny is only two hours outside of Dublin and it is easily reached by trains, buses, and cars.

Kilkenny Castle has many functions year round (even the weather change in a day🤭), apart from the house and gardens, they have a tearoom, playground and several orienteering trails. Great day out with the family! Love the tearoom Apple pie and delicious strawberries 🍓😋 and if you are lucky, there maybe a local market fair🥰
