Sculpted in Steel: Exploring Dubai’s Unique Architecture
This is an itinerary of places to visit in Dubai city if you are interested in unique architecture and buildings.
1. Museum of the Future
Highlights - This is located in the financial district and is a museum showcasing innovations and futuristic ideologies. The most unique part to me is the shape of the building, looking like a donut with a arabic poem carved onto it.
2. Dubai Frame
Highlights - This is a building shaped like a giant photo frame. It is in Zabeel park and you can go all the way up to the observatory for panoramic views. It is the largest frame in the world.
3. Burj Khalifa
Highlights - Tallest building in the world and this skyscraper looks so futuristic. Standing tall at 800+m.
4. Burj Al Arab
Highlights - This is a super luxurious hotel shaped like a sail. You can admire the full architecure from the public beach - Jumeirah beach.

Burj Al Arab in Dubai, staying two nights in the Palm Suite~ The view is absolutely stunning! The vacation experience is really great!
The world's first seven-star hotel—Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The exterior of the Burj Al Arab Hotel is designed in the shape of an Arabian dhow sailboat, hence it is often referred to as the 'Sailboat Hotel.' Although the Sailboat Hotel has been open for many years, I still find it as beautiful as when I first saw it. The hotel is very well maintained! This time, I caught an official promotion on Ctrip and booked two nights in the Sky Palm Suite. From the room, you can overlook the entire Palm Jumeirah, and the view is amazing! The Burj Al Arab offers a rich variety of dining and entertainment options. Every time I come, I feel that two nights are not enough to fully experience this luxurious vacation. If time permits, I might stay for three nights next time. The Burj Al Arab is also very suitable for family trips.
All rooms in the hotel offer 180-degree sea views, and all room types are duplex designs. The living room is downstairs, and the bedroom is upstairs, providing very spacious accommodations. Each floor has a private butler ready to assist at any time. The Sky Palm Suite I stayed in is located on the 20th floor, which is relatively high, allowing a panoramic view of Jumeirah Beach and Palm Jumeirah. The room's strong palace style and luxurious decorations are perfectly combined with high-tech features and precious materials. The bathroom amenities include a full set of Hermès products, with separate perfumes and aftershaves for men, and perfumes and body lotions for women. The attention to detail is impeccable!
The hotel's dining options include several world-class restaurants and bars, five swimming pools (three outdoor and two indoor), and a private beach. The other entertainment facilities are also very rich, especially the super exciting Wild Wadi Waterpark, which offers unlimited access to hotel guests.
Staying at the Burj Al Arab, you must not miss the hotel's gorgeous sky pool to enjoy and experience the breathtaking view of the Persian Gulf. At the same time, you can have a SPA, which is relaxing and comfortable, making my vacation time even more enjoyable! The Talise SPA at the Burj Al Arab is luxurious from the moment you step out of the elevator. The connected sky pool and atrium lounge area continue this luxurious style. After swimming here, soaking in the hot tub, taking a sauna, and then having a 90-minute full-body essential oil massage, you feel completely rejuvenated. It's truly amazing!

At the heart of the Middle East, a city of miracles in the desert
The first time I went to Dubai, I was so amazed that I was lost for words. It's just too beautiful!
Dubai is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates and the capital of one of its seven emirates, Dubai Emirate. Located in the center of the Middle East, it is a flat desert area facing the Persian Gulf.
Dubai also boasts the world's tallest man-made structure, the Burj Khalifa, as well as the world's largest artificial island project, the Palm Islands.
✅ Burj Khalifa
Resembling a space rocket, it is filled with a futuristic style! It stands out prominently among the forest of skyscrapers.
At 828 meters tall, it has observation decks on the 124th and 148th floors, making it the tallest building in the world today.
✅ Palm Islands
Composed of four island groups including Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali, Deira Islands, and The World Islands, the entire Palm Islands project is planned to cost fourteen billion dollars, built entirely of sand and rock, stretching twelve kilometers long and extending 5.5 kilometers into the Arabian Gulf. Dubai's coastline has thus changed from a straight line to a curve, extending an additional 720 kilometers.
Attractions 🪂
1. Skydiving is very popular (it's very safe, not only do you have a personal coach to jump with you, but you also have your own photographer in the air to take pictures for you.
2. There are many luxurious villas on the island, and they come with matching gyms, swimming pools, cinemas, etc., as well as irresistible musical fountains.
3. The island's infrastructure is very complete, you can eat, drink, and be merry, and have fun to your heart's content!
✅ Shopping Center
Shopping is an indispensable part of Dubai culture and life.
The Dubai Mall is the best and largest place to go in the shopping center, not only hosting 1200 shops but also a huge aquarium, an indoor ice rink, and a real dinosaur skeleton.
✅ Gold Souk
Dubai has a Gold Street located in the old city's Gold Souk, which is the third-largest gold trading hub in the world. The shops are lined up one after another, and the merchandise is dazzling, making it a paradise for jewelry lovers.
The display windows are filled with a dazzling array of bracelets, necklaces, rings, diamonds, jade, rubies, sapphires, and other goods, glittering with luxury and opulence. The entire Gold Street is really just one street, less than a kilometer long.
Being on Gold Street, you are surrounded by gold, as if you've fallen into a glittering treasure cave, it's like a real-life Arabian Nights tale.
Pre-travel preparation‼️ Passport ➕ original ID card is enough.
Just land and get stamped - so easy, Dubai is visa-free for China.

THE MOST LUXURIOUS HOTEL IN DUBAI
The Burj Al Arab is a luxurious and iconic hotel located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is renowned for its distinctive sail-shaped architecture, standing at a height of 321 meters (1,053 feet). Completed in 1999, it is situated on an artificial island connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge.
Can you imagine how exclusive, it is, right?
The hotel is often recognized as one of the most luxurious in the world, boasting a seven-star rating. The interior is opulent, featuring a blend of vibrant colors, sumptuous materials, and ornate design elements.
The Burj Al Arab offers a range of extravagant accommodations, including two-floor suites with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf.
Notable features include the Skyview Bar, located near the top of the hotel, providing panoramic views of the city. The hotel's culinary offerings are diverse, with several world-class restaurants offering a range of international cuisines.
One of the most famous aspects of the Burj Al Arab is its commitment to luxury and exclusivity, exemplified by services such as chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce transfers and a helipad. The Burj Al Arab has become an iconic symbol of Dubai's modernity and opulence.
During our trip to Dubai, we didn't stay at the hotel, but we managed to visit by making a reservation for the Skyview Bar. This is a great tip, if you can't afford the accommodation, try experiencing it through its restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Make sure to enjoy an exclusive 24-karat gold-infused coffee.

Dubai Sail Hotel~ Of course, you can't miss the excellent view of the sky pool and the superb SPA
Dubai Jumeirah Sail Hotel is known as the world's first seven-star hotel~ The hotel is modeled after an Arabian single-mast sailboat, hence it is called the "Sail Hotel". Even though the Dubai Sail Hotel has been open for so many years, the island owner still feels as beautiful as it was at first sight! The hotel has several world-class restaurants and bars, five swimming pools, three outdoor swimming pools, two indoor swimming pools~ There is also a private beach, and other facilities are also very rich, including unlimited access to the crazy Wild Wadi Water Park are very fun!
Staying at the Sail Hotel, of course, you can't miss the gorgeous and beautiful sky pool of the hotel to appreciate and feel the shock of overlooking the Persian Gulf, and then do a SPA, comfortable and comfortable~ It also makes my vacation time more comfortable! The four of Jumeirah Sail, Beach and Castle, a total of six hotels are all Talise's SPA, but the decoration style is completely different.
The Talise SPA of the Sail Hotel is golden and luxurious from the moment you step out of the elevator. The connected sky pool and atrium rest area are also the same gorgeous style. Here, after swimming~ soaking in the hot tub, then steaming a sauna, and then doing a 90-minute full-body essential oil massage, the whole person is like a new life, it's great!

Culinary highlights at Burj Al Arab
#2023travelwish
Naturally, Burj Al Arab also provides some culinary highlights. Lovers of gastronomy will undoubtedly get their money's worth in SAL. This elegant restaurant is located on the terrace by the outdoor pools with an impressive view of the Persian Gulf. The specialty of Southern European cuisine is fish dishes. Enjoy sea bass, shrimp, sea bream, crab and other seafood in a luxurious interior with sand colored accents. In combination with the adapted wines, this is a must-do.
For breakfast you have to be in Bab Al Yam. Don't expect miles of buffets here, but a standard buffet with fresh products. Burj Al Arab makes the difference by working à la carte. This gives you an extensive choice and you can also be sure that everything is prepared à la minute. To round off your stay in this iconic luxury hotel, a visit to Sahn Eddar should not be missed. In this family-friendly lounge you can taste the world-famous '24 carat gold cappuccino', but people also come from far to Burj Al Arab for afternoon tea.

Most iconic building in Dubai
#2023travelwish
Is it a seven star hotel or a five star hotel? Opinions are divided. The fact is that Burj Al Arab is the most iconic building in Dubai and perhaps the most famous hotel in the world. Built in the shape of a sail and opened in 1999, Burj Al Arab has gained a worldwide reputation. They try to uphold that reputation in every possible way and they succeed. It is logical that this attraction is on the bucket list of many people.
An artificial island was created in the Persian Gulf for the construction of Burj Al Arab. To make the connection with Jumeirah Beach, a bridge was built to the island. The Tower of the Arabs, literal translation of Burj Al Arab, has 56 floors, but you should actually take this with a grain of salt. Since each room has two floors, there are 'only' 28 floors. A helipad was integrated at the very top. Ideal for guests who want to make an entrance in grand style.

A unique water paradise
#2023travelwish
Additional benefit for Burj Al Arab hotel guests is the entrance to Wild Wadi Waterpark which is included. Like the luxury hotel, Wild Wadi Waterpark is also owned by the Jumeirah group. In this water paradise you can enjoy many slides, swimming pools, water playgrounds and other attractions. To completely relax, a round of the lazy river is recommended. Wild Wadi Waterpark is the perfect outing for young and old.

Xclusive Yacht Tour Dubai
Dubai can be explored in several ways. One of the most exclusive and relaxing options is discovering the Emirate from the water. Xclusive Yachts offers yacht tours in Dubai. A big plus is that you can rent a completely private yacht, but you can also share a boat with others.
Xclusive Yachts has built up an excellent image thanks to its excellent service. The professional crew and experienced captain always ensure a carefree trip. In the morning you will be served an extensive breakfast on board. If you opt for a boat trip during the day or in the evening, the barbecue will be lighted.
What do you get to see during a yacht tour in Dubai? The most famous attractions are of course on the sailing route. For example, you depart from Dubai Marina along Ain Dubai and JBR towards the Burj Al Arab. A photo stop is undoubtedly on the agenda here, because the Burj Al Arab is the only seven-star hotel in the world for a reason. Depending on the chosen time slot, a detour can be made via Atlantis before returning to Dubai Marina. A must do!

Visit Burj Al Arab
Burj Al Arab is one of the destinations you should visit during your stay in Dubai. You can visit Souk Madinat Jumeriah and have options for Shopping and have options to see the attraction of Burj Al Arab.
There are hotels in this area and if you are not staying in any of the hotels there is very limited access to go and see some of the places. We don’t have access to go Burj Al Arab beach and some of the restaurants inside those hotels.
The best time to visit this area for sightseeing is evening between 1700hrs – 1900hrs so you can take Abra Tour for 100AED per person. You can have a better insight into this area and a much closer view of Burj Al Arab.
After the tour, you can have a variety of options for dining and have a nice view from these restaurants. We visit Trattoria and the food quality was average compared to the price.
We were able to click some quality pictures during this visit. We loved the Atmosphere and the Abra Ride.

Dubai, UAE - a modern cosmopolitan City
Getting There - by flight
Attractions - Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, Dubai Creeks, Desert Tours, Souks
Hotels - Shangrila Dubai, Hilton Dubai and various
Food & Restaurants - numerous
Shopping - endless shopping
We decided to do a few days stopover in Dubai whilst travelling on Emirates flight from Europe back to Singapore.
This was our first trip to Dubai. Dubai is a very modern cosmopolitan city which also has its own history.
When we visited Burj Khalifa during sunset (best viewing time), the sunset view was really beautiful and you can see the whole of Dubai from the top tower (first photo was taken from top of Burj Khalifa). Unfortunately, due to a lot of crowds there that day, we end up struck on the top floors for two hours before we could take the lifts down to the ground floor (there was a very long queue for the express lifts) and we actually end up changing a few lifts and saw a few private Lounge or restaurant whilst following the staff down. We also saw the fountain night light show from Burj Khalifa which was a interesting experience.
Dubai also has a lot of very big malls which include indoor ice rink to underwater aquarium and a Apple Store (which has a open balcony for people to take photos of the surrounding).
For hotels, we recommend staying at the Shangrila which has a open balcony on the top floor accessible to guests (you can take a very nice pic of Burj Khalifa tower from this balcony and if you are lucky enough, you might even be able to take a photo of Dubai covered in fog in early morning).

There is no shortage of hotels in Dubai, especially luxury hotels. We have chosen to stay in Jumeirah Beach Hotel as we preferred to be nearby Burj Al Arab, long strip of Jumeirah Beach and Dubai marina with Palm Jumeirah. As Dubai is massive and it will take you around 45 minutes to get from one side to another, you will most likely want to consider which landmarks you’d want next to your accommodation well. We were super satisfied with our stay and can definitely recommend it - get yourself a suite with balcony if you can and make the most at the Wild Wadi Waterpark (especially cool if you have kids). If you’re staying in with your partner, you’ll want to hit the rooftop for the sunset; even during the day as if the skies are clear you'll be able to see the Burj Khalifa!

Burj Al Arab - Dubai: This is an iconic of Dubai with six or seven stars hotel located in their seperated island which is for rich and famous traveller. A normal traveller like me may have no chance to visit but have a look at this building is worth enough! :)

BURJ Al ARAB SAILING HOTEL
Once in a life time experiance,Its a blessing for me also to be able to live in this legendary super high-end seven-star hotel! Thank God! Each room has two floors up and down, super wide and comfortable, top luxury enjoyment! Bath products are brand Hermes, can take away! (For the VIP Naro, of course!) Here the cheapest night to price more than 11 600 RMB ,an average of 5000 or more per person. Its expensive but worth it

Cat Ning! A good day from breakfast - Sahn Eddar in the hotel's domineering atrium center is a red breakfast for many shoppers who want to check in.
Arabica latte, signature juice from Dubai Jumeirah Sailing Hotel, freshly baked with three oranges, freshly baked bread, served with French butter, homemade jam and UAE organic wild honey There are a variety of fresh fruits in the Bekaa Valley orchard in Lebanon, the cheese platter in April....
A seemingly simple breakfast, I didnt expect to select the finest ingredients from so many countries and regions. Dubai Jumeirah Sailing Hotel! Every moment, every meal of the Dubai holiday is full of expectations [glutton]
jiajiatravel.
Finally, check in at the Seven Star Sailing Hotel in Dubai. The Arabian Tower Hotel of the United States and the United States
Jumeirah Group is similar to the sails of the boat, also known as the Dubai Seven Star Sailing Hotel. It has long been a favorite to live, this time finally realized. The hotel is built on an artificial island in the Persian Gulf, 280 metres from the shore of the beach. It is connected to the land by a curved road. The hotel has 56 floors and is 321 meters high. The top of the hotel has a cantilever that protrudes from the edge of the building. The apron of the beam structure is more than 200 meters away from the ground. Figure 9 can be photographed from the seaplane, which is too cool.
The interior is magnificent and luxurious, as if it were Aladdin's palace: the paintings of famous artists are on the wall; there are 17 telephone tubes in each room, and the door handles and toilet pipes are crawled with gold.
