Although it is a four-star hotel, it has the grandeur of a five-star hotel. This hotel is very suitable for attending concerts at the Taipei Arena, as it is just a short walk away. There are also many dining options nearby in the evening. The hotel room is still very spacious even after placing two beds, and it is clean and tidy. It also has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, giving it a high-end feel. Highly recommend adding the buffet breakfast, the restaurant has a very high ceiling and is very beautiful.

The second stop of my trip: Taiwan! Since my boyfriend is Taiwanese, we always start our journey here. After visiting Korea, I must say: I prefer Taiwan! This time, we stayed at a hotel near Taipei Arena, which is conveniently located. Across the street is the MRT station, making it easy to reach many places. Next to the hotel is Breeze Center, although it's a bit small, it's still a nice place to stroll. There are some small shops nearby, perfect for a walk after dinner. The hotel was formerly the Dynasty Hotel and has been renovated. The interior has a bit of an old-school vibe, but it doesn't feel outdated. The buffet downstairs is quite famous and popular. The room size is standard, but the bathroom is quite large. Overall, it's clean and tidy, but they don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste. There's also a swimming pool, gym, and a play area for kids. The parking lot downstairs offers free parking; just inform the front desk of your license plate number. It's our first day at the hotel, and the experience has been good so far. I'll update if there are any new impressions. For those visiting soon, remember to bring warm clothes! The Illume Hotel has clearly been in operation for several decades, and both the building itself and the hotel are well-known, seeming to have established quite a good reputation. It is now operating with a revamped management team and a new name, having undergone multiple renovations. The hotel has a long history, which is a plus, and when you stay here, you can see and feel it because its operation is very professional, and everyone you meet here is very polite and courteous. I have stayed here a few times, and previously, due to some health issues, I had to seek help when choosing a room... Not only was the hotel happy to help me find a room that better suited my needs, but at the time I did not realize, the assistant front desk manager Max Wang took time out of his busy schedule to personally come and help me select a more suitable room type, so I really want to sincerely thank him... Please note that this is a large hotel, which has always dealt with tour groups, large banquets, and weddings, so the fact that they would send an assistant manager to help a single guest with special needs just shows how much the hotel management values providing service to their customers... Therefore, I am really impressed with this point and the hotel rooms themselves... The renovated rooms look very new, and compared to Taipei's new hotels, the rooms may be quite narrow... So, basically, with this hotel, you are staying at a mature place, managed by a highly professional management team that values customer service... Moreover, the renovated rooms themselves are spacious and quiet, with well-designed bathrooms, and the cleaning staff do a very good job in terms of room cleanliness... Therefore, I highly recommend the Illume Hotel...
