for business trip. service was just brilliant. staff are warm and helpful and super polite. the bellman recognised me and waited for me at the hotel gate. check in was quick. cleaning staff came up twice to ask whether need any cleaning up. they gave me many extra bottles of water upon my request.

During my stay, the covid restriction was tight, so I could not enjoy the spectacular view from Sky 51, the rooftop bar. But I still could catch a glimpse of the beauty of the Kuala Lumpur skyline from my window, day and night. We ordered meals through in-room dining for breakfast and dinner, and the food was excellent and presented in hot meal condition, which is a plus for me. I like the bathroom with a bathtub with a glass wall, and the bathtub is pretty big. Room is very modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Nice view of kl city. Bathtub and toilet was very enjoyable together with bath salts ! The roof top bar, Blue, is a great place to catch some of KL's best live music acts. The venue is intimate and cosy. On top of that you get to see one of the best panoramic view of the city.

This Hotel building is very unique

It is a very unique hotel, that really catch my eye. It’s wide and thin. Inside is very beautiful and classy. There’s a very fancy floor which serve Fine Dine at 51th floor…wow, it’s amazing and very high standard too. I hope that there’s a chance for me to stay 1 night in this hotel. Definitely, will come again for my next meal at their famous Japanese restaurant.

The ambience was elegant and comfortable, and the food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. The standout was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive and responsive, especially Azmie, the In-room Dining Manager who made us feel incredibly welcomed and even prepared a hot cappuccino for me. His friendliness and attentiveness truly enhanced the experience. Overall, the combination of exquisite food, charming ambience, and outstanding service made for an unforgettable dining experience. | Kuala Lumpur Hotel||.📍EQ Equatorial Hotel | Kuala Lumpur Hotel|||This ranks in my personal top three favorite hotels The facilities are super new, according to local friends The whole building was demolished and rebuilt in 2019 Their service is excellent and the beds are very comfortable There are a total of 52 floors The 51st floor is Sky51 Bar, where you can see the night view of Kuala Lumpur W Hotel and other hotels might have a better view of the Twin Towers But it's convenient to stay here, go up for a drink and enjoy the view ⚠️The sound system is super loud (at least you definitely can't hear it in your room) The 29th floor has a gym and an infinity pool The 1st floor has a breakfast buffet Grand Hyatt has a wider selection, EQ is just enough to fill you up My room type is Primer Room King Bed Average price per night is $260 More expensive than Grand Hyatt but the experience is very good As for Grand Hyatt, it's an established brand The view of the Twin Towers from the rooms is better than EQ, and the breakfast is very rich But one stay is probably enough unless you don't mind spending money on a suite Next time I want to try these two -Ruma is said to have a more Colonial feel -Four Seasons is luxurious classic

The room category that I stayed was a Studio Suite. The view from the room was superb, and you could see the entire KL Tower. The hotel staff were all very nice, friendly and had a good service attitude. The hotel lobby is spacious, and the corridor leading to the room was also beautiful. The whole thing was very luxurious, although it was indeed luxurious. What I loved the most is the bathroom in our room. I enjoyed in the bathtub and look at the KL Tower in front of me, definitely make me feel like I do not go back home anymore.
