My island tour in Boracay, Philippines, was an unforgettable experience. The vibrant blue waters and stunning white sand beaches provided the perfect backdrop for a day of adventure.
Diving offered a mesmerizing glimpse into the underwater world, with colorful corals and diverse marine life that left me in awe.
Snorkeling was equally thrilling, allowing me to explore the shallow reefs and spot tropical fish up close. The guides were knowledgeable and ensured our safety while sharing insights about the local ecosystem.
Overall, it was an ultimate way to appreciate Boracay’s natural beauty, blending relaxation with exhilarating activities. I can’t wait to return!

Stunning Boracay even for a weekend trip
Even tho we had just a day and a half to enjoy Boracay, everything was possible! Island is not big so it’s easily accessible, there are no cars but tricycles, which makes the experience even more authentic 🌸
I highly recommend to stay in a boutique hotel (Amigos is a great one) for a low cost trip and try scuba diving (we had it as an offer from the hotel) 🤿 was my first experience but must say our instructor made sure for us to stay safe and feel great 🫶🏻
Nightlife is also very busy for those who like to hang out and enjoy the night atmosphere ✨

Best Beach Sunset Ever!
#myhiddengems
Of course it's Boracay! Located on the main stretch, the famous white powdery sand aka the white beach. You have to come here and soak up the sunsets daily as they are gorgeous. Sip a cocktail, have your dinner, listen to live music or soak in the sea!
The area is very happening in the evenings as well. Would recommend spending a few nights here to try it all out!

I wanna go back to the Island Called "Boracay"
Boracay is a tropical island surrounded by stunning white sand beaches and clear blue waters located about an hour's flight from Cebu or Manila just off the larger Philippines island of Panay.
For beach connoisseurs, Boracay competes with the best beaches in more popular destinations such as the Caribbean and the South Pacific as well as neighboring Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Tourists will appreciate water sports and activities such as sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, diving and jet skiing. The fun in Boracay doesn't end when the sun sets. The nightlife pulsates with many bars and restaurants serving food, drink and fun until the wee hours of dawn.
Boracay is a small island in the central Philippines. It's known for its resorts and beaches. Along the west coast, White Beach is backed by palm trees, bars and restaurants. On the east coast, strong winds make Bulabog Beach a hub for water sports. Nearby, the observation deck on Mount Luho offers panoramic views over the island. Offshore, coral reefs and shipwrecks are home to diverse marine life. Boracay suffered from overdevelopment and inherited a negative reputation for dodgy nightlife and major environmental concerns. The government closed the island for six months and the island underwent an extensive facelift. Since reopening in October 2018, the island has had tougher rules and regulations and a limit to the number of tourists allowed. Visitors must have a hotel pre-booked before getting on the boat to Boracay. Among the rules are bans on eating or drinking on the beach, smoking, fire dancing and commercial sandcastles. Touts will offer visitors a massage, boat ride, parasailing, kitesurfing, sail boating, hair braiding, island hopping and henna tattoo every 20 steps on the beach's "sidewalk" path.

Boracay is still the best! 🤍🇵🇭
It’s my family’s second visit in Boracay Island and boy, it gets better every time.
There are new restaurants and activities to try from paraw sailing, land tour, island hopping, etc.
We ate at trending restaurants like Aria, Spicebird, Ice Flakes, Coco Mama and many more.
For hotel, we stayed at Henann Palm and it is the best hotel for families with children! It is beachfront and near every thing you need! Facilities are so nice too even their food and drinks.
We’ll definitely visit again!

Listen up! For summer water fun, head to Boracay Island~
Traveling to Boracay Island isn't just about lying flat; you can't miss out on the various exciting water activities available. The following water activities are especially popular locally, so hurry up and plan them!
🩵 Sunset Sailing
The star attraction of Boracay Island, just make an advance reservation, and wait in line at the travel agency to board the boat. The basic package costs less than 100, which is quite cheap.
Of course, whether you can see the sunset depends on the weather that day. I arranged it on my first day of arrival, not only did I see the sunset but also the afterglow, it was simply too perfect!
🩵 Stand Up Paddleboarding
A water activity that has been 🔥 overseas for a long time, many locals and Caucasians play it there. Paddleboards can be rented locally. Personally, I think this is a project that tests your sense of balance.
If you want to try, you can go to White Beach, where the 🌊 waves are not very big, relatively safer.
🩵 Kite Surfing
A cool water activity that's off the charts, recommended for friends with surfing experience to try. The peak season for surfing is from November to March each year.
It's okay if you don't know how to play, there are also kite surfing courses available locally, with a duration of about 3 days. If you are staying for a longer period or have plenty of time, you can participate.
🩵 Diving
There are many diving spots on Boracay Island, a paradise for diving enthusiasts. If you want to learn to dive, you can also come here, there are many Chinese-speaking locals, so you can find Chinese diving courses, making communication barrier-free.
Of course, friends who are not good at swimming can also try snorkeling, where you can see a lot of fish.
In addition, there are other popular activities like parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boating available locally! Friends who love water activities should not miss out.

With few people and a romantic atmosphere, you must visit here in the Philippines!!!
🌊 Stepping onto Boracay Island for the first time is like entering the back garden of paradise. The water here is so clear that you can see the bottom, and the sand is so fine it feels like flour, making every step feel like walking on clouds.
🌞 In the morning, awakened by the first ray of sunlight, stepping out of the hotel, you can feel the gentle caress of the sea breeze on your cheeks. Strolling along the beach, watching the sun rise slowly from the horizon, the sparkling waves and golden light interweave, creating a scene as beautiful as a painting.
🍽️ For lunch, why not try some local specialties? Fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and special sauces make every bite an ultimate temptation for the taste buds. And those colorful drinks bring a touch of coolness in the hot summer days.
🏄♂️ In the afternoon, you can choose to participate in water sports, such as surfing, snorkeling, banana boating... Under the guidance of professional instructors, release your passion and vitality. Or, just find a quiet corner, lie on a beach chair, listen to the sound of the waves, watch the clouds in the sky, and enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea time.
🌟 As night falls, another charm of Boracay Island is revealed. Beach bonfires, street performers, night market snacks... Each place is filled with exotic atmosphere and joyful vibes.
💫 On my last night on Boracay Island, I chose to have dinner at a seaside restaurant. While tasting delicious food, I admired the sea under the starry sky, feeling deeply moved. This beautiful land has not only given me endless surprises and pleasure but also made me understand the meaning and value of life. It taught me that life is not just about survival, but also about experiencing and feeling the beauty of this world.

Vacationing in the Philippines!! Just a light holiday
Vacationing in the Philippines!! Just a light holiday⛱️
I didn't have high expectations for the trip to Boracay, as the islands in Southeast Asia are quite similar, and since there were no new major hotels on Boracay, I had to choose Shangri-La, thinking it would be a peaceful vacation with the family.
The result was completely beyond my expectations. The facilities show their age, but Shangri-La maintains them very well, and the service, restaurants, and spa are all quite good (though the Mediterranean restaurant was a bit lacking).
Everyone must take good care of their sun protection! Got a serious sunburn on my shoulders and thighs🥺
If you want the best experience, I suggest avoiding the seaweed season from March to May.

They say don't make Boracay your first island experience in life
They say don't make Boracay your first island experience in life, and after coming here, I believe it...
Boracay is too beautiful and perfect for a vacation.
Eternal summer, everything is so vibrant. Gentle sea breeze, the sea water that shades like an emerald, the white sandy beach as fine as flour..
On the island, wake up early, have breakfast under the coconut trees, the quiet sea in the morning, occasionally a blue sailboat passes by. In the afternoon, when more people come to play in the water, hide in a seaside cafe, the view outside the bay window even looks like an overly saturated fake painting, just sit there with nothing on your mind, wasting an entire afternoon.
Evening is the highlight of Boracay. Every day the sunset is different, but the sunset sails are always present, the sun slowly sets into the sea level, sailboats line up one by one, saying goodbye to the sun.
At night, with freshly bought fries and coconut water, walk on the fine white sandy beach, find a quiet spot under a tree to lie down, look at the stars through the gaps in the leaves, listen to the waves surging, it feels like at this moment, you can really forget all the troubles... btw, animated GIFs are really a great invention!
ExcursionEnigmas
My goodness, this is the most impressive island ceiling I've seen this year
This is the most memorable island among them
The sea water is as colorful as glass
It really amazed me
And the pristine white sand beaches🏝
A few things worth checking out on Boracay Island
Go see Willy's Rock
A landmark on White Beach, a rock close to the beach that you can walk up to when the tide is low in the afternoon
Feel the powdery sand of White Beach, watch the beach sailboats and sunset🌇
Take a crab boat out to sea for snorkeling
Do a hot stone spa, which is a feature of Boracay Island, to relax the exhaustion of the journey
For the more adventurous, try surfing and paragliding
About the food
There is a variety of delicious food on the island, Filipino cuisine might be a bit overwhelming, you can go to Red Crab Pasta House for crab and Japanese cuisine, barbecue
Some things to note
Apply sunscreen well, the sun is strong
It's quite hot during the day, you can choose indoor activities, go to the beach in the morning and evening, prepare more cash, as it's mostly cash transactions on the island
Well, that's about it

Me and my family visited Boracay and booked our ticket here at trip.com ! I think this was my best summer since pandemic happened. We booked at Fairways And Bluewater Boracay and I must say that this hotel is one of the best! Also good place to relax ,it's a quite place and no noice really, they also provide free shuttle to roam around the area. They also have private resort which is really a beautiful beach! I think they got 3 pools and they have buffet breakfast too! We also tried a lot of activities at station 1 which we enjoyed a lot! #fairwaysandbluewaterboracay #boracay #trip.com

Pop-up Boracay
This time because of the holiday, we could only go there for two days and one night, and stayed at the famous local Hannah Hotel. This hotel is beautiful (the one in Cebu is even better), but the only drawback is that we chose a room for three people, with a balcony outside But it's the wall of the building next door. If you want to change rooms, you have to pay extra. But everything else is great, and every dish of the breakfast is delicious. The first water activity (UFO, underwater walking-highly recommended) is also dedicated to After arriving in Boracay Island, the beach is also very lively at night. Walking along the beach, you can see a variety of restaurants with their own characteristics. You can’t help but go in and try them. I look forward to setting foot on Boracay Island again next time🥰

Land Tour in Boracay: DIY
One of the many activities in the famous island of Boracay is the land tour. This is also a nice addition to your itinerary when visiting the island aside from water activities. It is a different experience to go around the island by traversing the roads as you’ll be passing by the local neighborhood. You can arrange the land tour without online booking. There will be a lot of vendors offering this activity right as you arrive the island. The prices depends on the vehicle, no. of people, and the itinerary. You can also haggle down the price a bit and compare to other vendors.
We engaged a tour operator by the shore and arranged the details via text. Our itinerary is based on what my family and I wanted to see with the tour lasting for 3 hours. The tour is flexible regarding drop-offs and duration. You may extend for a fee but it depends whether the driver have another booking or not. We tipped our driver as he was very helpful especially in taking our group photos.
As featured in the photos, these are the list of places we went to:
1-2. Willy's Rock
3. Leaning coconut tree at Bulabog Beach
4. Boracay Station 2 shore
5-6. Boracay Newcoast (Cujo's Keyhole)
7. Puka Beach
8. Boracay Station 3 shore

Finally, I had the chance to unwind after stressful months in Japan. Being an OFW is indeed challenging especially when you're constantly tired and unmotivated. 🤷♀️
I went to Boracay with my Japanese friends, but I forgot the name of this beach. This vacation helped me a lot to relax my mind, and calm down. It is true that beach therapy is the best therapy. 😇
I would love to go back to Boracay Island 🏝️It is one of the famous beaches in the Philippines.
