For those in Bangkok looking for a convenient and quick trip to the beach, Pattaya and Hua Hin are both excellent vacation destinations. Located to the east and west of Bangkok respectively, both can be reached with just a two-hour drive. As seaside resort cities, Pattaya's beaches are very public and accessible, allowing anyone to easily enjoy the beach, especially when taking a taxi or songthaew to Pattaya Beach Road. On the right, you'll see endless beaches and coconut trees, and on the left, countless bars, restaurants, and hotels. For couples traveling to Pattaya for a vacation, these are the three hotels I recommend the most: 👍 Highly recommended: Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa Average price 800-1200 – Located about ten kilometers from the center of Pattaya, the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa is perfect for a seaside vacation! Pattaya Andaz Jomtien Beach has been acclaimed as the most beautiful Andaz in the world since its opening, and it's definitely worth a special trip to Pattaya to check it out... 📌 The hotel is not in the center of Pattaya city, it's a distance away, and the surrounding area is quite desolate, suitable for staying in the hotel... 📌 From the concierge to the front desk and then to the restaurant staff, all the employees I met were very nice 📌 The garden view suite I stayed in this time is 64m², designed in Thai style, both new and stylish, the room's minibar is free, the bathrobes are high in aesthetic and quality, and the view outside the window is especially great 📌 The biggest highlight of the whole hotel has to be the public areas, the landscaping is done quite wonderfully, and the garden design is also very impressive, it feels like living in a scenic area, and it's a pleasure to stroll around the hotel when you have nothing else to do... Not only is the greenery good, but there are also many swimming pools, and the most noteworthy is the beachside pool, order a drink, watch the sea, feel the breeze, and enjoy a beautiful sunset, it's simply a pleasure! We stayed at the newly opened Andaz Pattaya and I must say it exceeded all our expansions. The whole resort is beautifully designed and integrates well into the landscape - it has a bit of an rainforest flair The maket/village character of the restaurants adds to the relaxed flair. The room has been upgraded to the best garden view room currently on sale, with a small courtyard. The overall design is extremely exquisite and the sense of design is simply explosive. The welcome gift is either fruit or those small pastries, which taste good. The hotel is located a bit away from the main road, and the road leading to it can be a bit scary as it passes through farmland with various stray dogs roaming around, and Thai people drive and ride fast. It takes about half an hour to drive to the central area of Pattaya. It depends on personal preference whether to choose this location. Without a car, it's difficult to go out and find food, and even walking to a convenience store takes about 15 minutes. The room has a long and narrow layout, but the arrangement is reasonable without any strange positions. The hardware is naturally good, and it has only been open for less than two months. Except for the exclusive beer charge of Andes, the mini fridge is free. The view from the room is a small garden, and the hotel is indeed very secluded, like a hidden paradise. Went to the Wok Wok Thai restaurant in the hotel for dinner, it was really delicious and met our expectations, with great service. Breakfast was partly à la carte and partly buffet, and it was also well arranged, exquisite and elegant haha. The hotel's swimming pool is a highlight. By the way, I walked around the hotel along the road. It's really a great resort. In short, I feel surprised.
