Just like the style of rice fields which used Subak system that dates back to the 9th century which influenced our architecture and decoration. The subak reflects the Balinese philosophical concept of Tri Hita Karana which brings together the realms of the spirit, the human world and nature that has shaped the landscape of Bali. The Subak system applied by hundreds of farmers in Bali and it is a part of UNESCO World Heritage Site. Based on this philosophy, we have a strong similar forms of the property as rice terraced for the ultimate stay experience in Ubud.

📍Aksari Resort Ubud
I really like Ubud, I fell in love with its primitive nature and a bit of mystery without ever having been there. So I booked my wedding at the end of September directly in Ubud. In Ubud we stayed at a resort called Aksari, in fact, we didn't do much comparative research, we just booked it because we thought it looked good from the pictures.
The hotel is not big, it is surrounded by the jungle, with a small river running through it, a double infinity pool and a hot spring, and the hotel has activities and programs with local characteristics at night. Every morning when you wake up, the jungle is filled with fog, and the river is very refreshing. Compared to some internet famous hotels, there don't seem to be many people here.
Unfortunately, because I was busy with the wedding all the time, I didn't really get to enjoy that comfort. I only remember the last morning after it ended, it rained heavily, my parents and I walked to the restaurant for breakfast with an umbrella, sitting on the patio waiting for food, the sound of rain, the sound of the river, the sound of the wind, the fragrance of the leaves, the strong aroma of coffee, all mixed together, I still remember that detailed feeling.
