Lisette’s…you won’t regret! ❤️🤩
Exploring 163 Retail Park in Mont Kiara for a good place to catch up? Lisette’s Cafe and Bakery fits the bill perfectly!
With a wide selection of tantalizing pastries and sumptuous cakes, one is spoilt for choice here. The menu continues with main dishes and savoury offerings as well as a delightful array of beverages, juice, smoothies and other thirst quenching masterpieces.
The price is reflective of the Mont Kiara area but worth a try for a treat for self and friends.

Tried BHC Chicken in Malaysia !
#malaysiatrip
📍BHC Chicken, 163 Retail Park, Kuala Lumpur
BHC chicken is opened in Malaysia and of course we had to go for it ever since we had them in Seoul! They have a few outlets in Kuala Lumpur, and we visited the ones in 163 Retail Park. The restaurant is huge and spacious, can definitely accommodate larger groups of visiting patrons. The menu is similar to the ones in Seoul, when comparing the price Malaysia offers BHC chicken is cheaper price. We ordered their signature bburinkle and macho king mixed half chicken. I personally love the bburinkle chicken in which the chicken was deep fried and coated with vegetable and cheese seasoning powder! Very flavourful, crispy skin with tender meat! Chicken was served hot and we had a delightful and fulfilling lunch here!

Check this out for this weekend’s food ideas!
163 Kiara Mall is a gem in the Mont Kiara area, offering a laid-back atmosphere with a great variety of dining options that make it a frequent stop for food lovers. Whenever I'm at 163 Kiara, I always find myself gravitating toward my favorite spots — each offering something unique that keeps me coming back for more.
First on the list is Kenny Hills Bakers, where their pastries and fresh bakes are hard to resist. Their croissants and tarts are perfect for a quick breakfast or an indulgent afternoon treat, especially with a cup of their excellent coffee.
If I'm in the mood for something fried and delicious, BHC Chicken is a no-brainer. Their crispy fried chicken with various flavors, from classic to sweet and spicy, hits the spot every time. It's perfect for when you want something hearty and flavorful.
For something a bit more comforting, Kanbe Ramen is a go-to. Their rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles create a satisfying bowl of ramen that warms you up from the inside. Whether you go for the classic tonkotsu or something a bit more adventurous, Kanbe Ramen never disappoints.
And when I'm craving Japanese fried pork, Tonkatsu is the answer. The crispy breaded pork cutlet, served with shredded cabbage and rice, is a simple yet incredibly satisfying meal. It's all about that golden crunch and tender meat inside.
These are my must-visit food spots at 163 Kiara, and no trip there is complete without stopping by one (or all!) of these places.

Hong Kong Style Cafe in Kuala Lumpur
Great place for friends & family catch up and gathering. Very spacious, nice and comfortable interior. Foods are HK style cuisine with a few of other Asian countries dishes, taste acceptable. Personally I feel the price is a bit on the high side. Nevertheless, it's a good experience dining here.

✈️1st Besties Trip 👯♀️
First time using Trip.com to plan our 1st Besties Trip in 2024!!! Surprisingly Trip.com gave us the largest convenience on trip planning, including reminder to take train, maps, Trip Moment and etc.
Our first trip with Trip.com is going to Shenzhen and Guangzhou for 7 days 6 nights. After our high school graduation, we never had long trip like this time. We enjoyed the good foods here, explored the places that we never been, wrote postcard to each other, chit-chat about our life and more and more.
We know each other more than 18 years!! I wish our friendship will be stay longer and longer…

Lisette's Café & Bakery @ 163 Retail Park
I was already very well acquainted with Lisette's in Bangsar, having discovered them right after the first lockdown. So, after a heavy lunch, we popped by here for coffee and dessert as the restaurant we had lunch in did not have much options to satisfy our sweet tooth. We got a seat after a brief wait and quickly selected the cakes we wanted. The cakes were very nice (no surprises there) and the coffee were good as well. Even though the restaurant was quite crowded, the team there managed to get our orders out fairly quickly. I noticed that the menu here is relatively similar to those I had in the Bangsar outlet. I do hope they could perhaps introduce some new items so I could try them out the next time.
