Kiew Lom Viewpoint
Kiew Lom Viewpoint, located at curve 681 near Huai Nam Dang National Park in Pai District, Mae Hong Son Province, is a rest stop with restroom facilities and souvenir shops. Local villagers sell forest products and strawberries at reasonable prices. This spot is renowned for its stunning sunset views and winter sea of mist. It's also famous for the beautiful pink blossoms of cherry trees or wild Himalayan cherry. The scenery at Kiew Lom Viewpoint is breathtaking, with clear skies and unobstructed views stretching as far as the eye can see.
ยานแม่ แชร์ที่เที่ยวและกิจกรรมเด็ก The city Pai 🇹🇭
#thailandtrip
This is a mountain town located near the Chiang Mai province in Thailand 🇹🇭 .You can still go around the town on a motorcycle.
The name of the city is called Pai. If you take a small car from the Chiang Mai bus terminal, you only pay 150 baht. (I don't know if the price has changed now)
When I got there, I rented a small scooter and paid only 150 baht for the rental fee. Not busy with motorbikes, all tourists.
Feel the nature, farms and hills are the signature of Pai town.

Trekking Pai Canyon: A Thrilling Adventure in Thailand
#hikingtime
Pai Canyon, known locally as Kong Lan, offers one of the most exhilarating hiking experiences in Northern Thailand. With its stunning panoramic views, narrow trails, and dramatic landscapes, Pai Canyon is a must-visit for adventurers and nature lovers exploring the region.
Challenging Trails and Breathtaking Scenery
The trails at Pai Canyon are both challenging and rewarding. The paths are narrow, sometimes just a few feet wide, with steep drops on either side, which adds a thrilling element to the hike. As you navigate these ridges, you are treated to expansive views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, particularly mesmerizing at sunrise or sunset when the sky is painted in vibrant hues.
Ideal for Photography
Pai Canyon is a photographer's paradise. The unique terrain, characterized by deep reds and browns of the eroded soil, contrasts beautifully with the lush greenery that sprouts after the rainy season. The natural beauty and dramatic contours of the landscape provide endless opportunities for capturing stunning photographs that encapsulate the rugged charm of Northern Thailand.
Visitor Tips
- Safety First: The paths can be quite narrow and slippery, especially after rain. Wear sturdy footwear and proceed with caution.
- Visit at Golden Hour: For the best views and photography lighting, plan your hike around sunrise or sunset. The cooler temperatures during these times also make for a more comfortable trek.
- Bring Essentials: There are no facilities at Pai Canyon, so bring water, snacks, and sunscreen. A hat and sunglasses will also make your hike more comfortable.
Perfect Spot for a Sunset
Many visitors and locals flock to Pai Canyon to catch the sunset, which is nothing short of spectacular from this vantage point. The sun dipping below the horizon bathes the entire area in golden light, creating a magical atmosphere that's perfect for ending a day of exploration.

Riverie Siam - Pai Best hotel
Located 3 hours drive from Chiangmai, Pai is definitely one of the most-visit tourist destinations in Thailand.
To be honest, Pai is party town. But if you are seeking for luxury peaceful hotel far from loud concert music at night, Riverie Siam is a great choice.
Spacious and well-designed room, beautiful bathroom (one of the best bathroom I ever been), excellent service, amazing breakfast.
Every corner can turn into pictures!!!
Although the price is very high compared to othet hotels in Pai and it is not located near walking street, it was worth every minute I spend here.
Thailand | For this big tree, I will go to Pai County again.
Thailand is a particularly fun country to visit, with various places of different styles to go to. And for girls who love literature and art, you can't miss Pai County near Chiang Mai. This is a great place for artistic photos!
PAI's fresh rural style, the scenery after the rain is as beautiful as an oil painting. Many people say that the scenery in PAI is like Alice in Wonderland, and we are a character in a fairy tale story~
Recommend some great photo spots in PAI county for everyone~
🌟Play point:
🌲Big tree swing
Once I wanted to live in PAI county because of this place and the reason. I heard that there's no need to queue up in the morning, which is exactly what I want to get. It's really too dreamy~ For this tree swing, I'm willing to go to PAI county again.
🏡Treehouse
Treehouse, as the name suggests, is a house hanging on a tree. In order to prevent snakes and insects, this place is also a hotel that accepts reservations. However, after a round of exploration, the small treehouse model at the entrance is still more interesting~
🏠Little Yellow House
It seems that coffee is also a specialty, and the pastoral scenery behind the little yellow house is really like something out of a fairy tale!
🍓Strawberry field
The only memory I have of the strawberry field is the restroom downstairs from the stairs of the strawberry field building. Although I didn't go there because of the poor lighting and the wrong season, this attraction is not as lovely and vibrant as it is in other people's travelogues. So I just took a quick photo at the entrance and left.
🌸Pink House
This whole courtyard is all pink, a dream of pink and tender girls! There are various pink decorations that can be used to take many cute scenes.
🦥Upside-down house
Impressive but hard to describe, all I can say is that there are small chairs at the entrance for taking photos.
🌟Transportation: The road from Chiang Mai to Pai County is very winding, with 18 bends in the mountain road. It is recommended to take a local minibus to travel and not to ride a motorcycle by yourself, which is too dangerous. The one-way journey takes more than 3 hours.
🌟Accommodation: PAI County belongs to the kind of quiet small town, it is recommended to stay for a few nights, there are various good choices.
📍Notice: The entire town is surrounded by nature, so there are more mosquitoes. Sunscreen and mosquito repellent are equally important~
Santichon Village Pai
Nice experience and nice environment,no entrance fee.View is amazing especially during evening. The China Community isn’t big,but you get a nice feel of China coming here.there are few shops selling Chinese tea and few Chinese restaurants.Worth to visit
The Pai Memorial Bridge
Amazing place to visit.not a lot of scenery.Just a shallow river but it’s still has a sort of charm based on its history. It’s an old bridge built during WW2 in Pai.Worth to try.
Love strawberry Pai cafe
It’s good place to stop here for lunch before reach Pai town.Environment is nice and beautiful.Great view, good foods and price is very reasonable. So many sceneries around to take photo.worth to visit.Highly recommended.
Chill out in Pai!
I came here twenty years ago and it’s changed! Pai is a beautiful picturesque village with the gentle and meditative Pai river flowing by. It is set among some amazing mountains. It has a lot of tourists and you can find all the cuisine you want from all round the world, plus the local Thai fare at a good price. It definitely has a hippy vibe and is a great place to relax and enjoy..

Pai Is A Scenic Nature Heaven
Enough of the little town of pai, the food in pai why not head out right outside of pai towards the pai canyon which is only a short 12mins drive down south from the little village of pai.
The Pai Canyon is a tourists attraction, and although this is a tourists attraction this place is free to visit, if you do not have a transport from the pai village you can also rent a motorbike for only 150baht but utmost care is recommended.
Do remember when doing this hike, do wear a good pair of walking shoes as the hike after the 1st view points can get abit scary as the hike has an unprotected hiking path where the drops can be scary if you miss a footing. But most people come here for the scenic panoramic sunset from above but the further you hike in, the more quiet and pristine it gets. Trust me!

Sunrise spot in Pai, Thailand, Banja Bo sunrise
#ThailandTravel
The place I ran to as soon as I got to Pai is #BanjaboSunrise
From Pai, you have to drive for about an hour and a half on a winding road to get to #Banjabo
I woke up at 4:15 AM to see the sunrise here
I saw the round sun at Banjabo the year before last, but this time, I only saw the sunrise at Banjabo for a short time, and only half of it
Still, the #cliff noodles for 50 baht while watching the sunrise at Banjabo were really delicious.
This is Pai's sunrise spot #banjabo
📍Banjabo
✔️Find a companion in Pai and take a tour
✔️You can ride a motorbike, but it's very dangerous!
🎫 The tour costs 1,500 baht, and I found 5 companions and went for 300 baht per person.
Pai Paradise in Thailand
Welcome to Pai the paradise on earth in the north of Thailand. You can take the plane or the bus to chiang mai and from there the mini van to pai which takes around 3-4 hours throughout he most beautiful and most dangerous curves in thailand. The way is very dangerous because it can rai and get slippery and rocks can fall or trees can crash. Thats why we took the minivan with 13 passengers for 150 baht each. Pai has a lot of activities to offer bit also a lot of bars restaurants and love music venues. This is the perfect place to get connected to nature. Motorcycle cost around 100 baht a day and thai dishes around 40 baht each. #tripblazers
beautiful temple in the heart of Pai
this temple that located in the heart of Pai on the walking street is absolutely stunning. I would’ve missed it if I didn’t wait for my bus to go to chiang mai. it is right next to the bus station, once you see the entrance, you may not notice or aware that there is a Buddhist temple here. you can also come to hear chanting in the afternoon. it is completely golden and there are few monks live there. it’s easy to access, and free of charge. i recommend everyone to come to take a look and since it’s in the town, you don’t need to take a scooter. grab some food on the night market in the walking street then come to pray! #tripblazers #mytripvlog
Yun Lai Viewpoint in Pai
#fallingforfall
This Viewpoint is in the chinese neighborhood called Santochon thats why the design reminds you off china town and many other chinese events. Getting there from pai is very easy because you only have to take a scooter ride for about 10-20 minutes from the city center. the hill is very steep at the end so i recommend you to rent a stronger scooter or motorcycle above 125 ccm especially if you are two people on the scooter. we had to walk the last ten meters to the viewpoint. The entrance costs 20 baht and it is definitely worth it. This is an amazing spot to go camping since the temperature is perfect #tripblazers
best viewpoint in this beautiful region
#fallingforfall#tripblazers #mytripvlog #mountainview this is one of my favourite spots in pai area! it’s not too far away from the town centre, we drove around 25 minutes from the town to come here. the good thing about this place is the entrance fee only costs 20 bhat and even you don’t go all the way up you will have this stunning view anyways. i decided to go up, and there is a restaurant plus cafe on the top, and the tree of love, you are able to see the panoramic view of this region! mountains, villages and temples, this is absolutely breathtaking. and apparently this is also a camping site where lots of Thai tourists are camping here. strongly recommended
huge white Buddha overlooking the city of Pai
this is absolutely gorgeous! among all the tourist attractions and viewpoints, I would say that this statue of Buddha with stairs has the best view of the surroundings of Pai. it’s a bit steep to walk up, but it’s worth it!!! you should be cautious about what you’re going to wear, no shorts will be recommended. it’s suppose to be a popular place to watch sunset, but unfortunately it closes at 6pm, and for the last few weeks, the weather in Pai has been quite rainy and cloudy, we went down right before 6. However, the view up there was stunning and breathtaking, you are able to see the river, the rice field and the village!#tripblazers #fallingforfall #mytripvlog
beautiful and peaceful cafe with amazing view
this is one of the cafes that every single tour package in pai has! we saw the big sign that says IAm pai first, then saw this coffee in love sign. this cafe is located not too far away from the town, and they have a beautiful terrace where you are able to overlook the rice terrace and mountains. they have some benches where you can sit and take pictures. apparently it’s a really popular place and lots of tourists go there to have a drink or some dessert. we also enjoyed our time there and took lots of pictures with this beautiful background. there is even a windmill if you look down further.
anyways! it’s a great place to relax #tripblazers #fallingforfall #mytripvlog
Coffe in Love Restaurant and Viewpoint
#fallingforfall
This amazing restaurant is located in the south of pai next to the pai canyon. it takes around 10-20 minutes to get there by motorcycle. There are multiple restaurants on the way but this one is one of my favorites. There is a famous sign that says I love pai as you can see i the pictures and there is a truck next to it in the same color. This place is a stop at most of the tours around the neighborhood. There is a windmill in the area which offers a great opportunity to take pictures. There are many different spots to sit down and enjoy the great coffee or have a little snack
