Pawon Cave - stunning views from nature

Pawon Cave or Gua Pawon is located at Bandung, Indonesia 🇮🇩. It is an important archaeology site nearby the Stone Garden Citatah which ancient fossil being discovered in Pawon Cave. About 30min walks from the Stone Garden area to reach the Pawon Cave. Pawon cave is not a huge place to explore and it has stairs so that tourists are easy to enter. Well it's the first IKEA store in Bandung. It’s good as usual but too bad the item is not as many as in IKEA Jakarta. But still it's good. The food has many varieties. IKEA in Bandung has bring new fresh atmosphere from Bandung's people. Such a good destination for family time. A huge place with lots of furniture and room models with many styles. It feels like having a tour. Relatively affordable price. Stone and plants in the wild it would look natural, cover the area of the Stone Garden Padalarang. The scenery of this location is very good, where you will also see the vast expanse of hills, chalk white ones and brown the visible contrast with green trees. If the weather is sunny, then certainly enjoying the sunshine in the morning or afternoon from this place will be so exotic, where the sky is blue with white clouds it's on top of a stretch of green trees and limestone for documented with your camera. Went back to Jakarta through Kereta Cepat Indonesia (KCI) from Padalarang (Bandung). Its only took 30 menits and the view was good. The service at the train is impressive. Its comfortable. The tickets are varieatif from 175k to 250k. I spent my time in Padalarang for awhile, visitjng IKEA. A lot of nice restaurants and hotel in there. Especially for family. Theres a restaurant in IKEA with good view with a lot of menu to be choosen. #bandung #Jakarta

Mason Pine Hotel

Love the hotel ambience from the start. Smooth check-in. Beautiful lobby. Room was spacious. Breakfast also great, with lot of variety. Too bad at that time, when I try the espresso from the brew machine, it was not really an espresso, but more like brew coffee. When I saw one staff on the drink section, I try to ask if I could have espresso from espresso machine. To my surprise, he immediately, prepared the espresso, even served on an espresso cup. The next morning, while waiting for my dimsum to be served, he also surprise me by sent over the espresso to me. There is also a newly opened chinese restaurant on the 1st floor, Canton. We dine there for dinner, and came back for the next day, for lunch. One of the dish I recommend was roasted duck, which our parent 's favorite. I also would like to give my credit to one of the staff at the restaurant. His service was very good, if any delay for the food, he sincerely apologize although we think that it normal for waiting time. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Great hotel. Pawon Cave is located in the north part of Stone Garden Citatah. It can be reached with only a 30 minutes walk from the stone garden area. To enter the cave, visitors have to pay a separate ticket. The ticket is cheap at Rp5000. The cave itself is not a beautiful cave with breathtaking stalactites and stalagmite. The cave is small with a length of 38 meters, so the exploration won’t take a long time. Gated and fenced, old human skeletons are still being excavated from the ground. Examine these prehistoric remains that are dated back as old as from 9500 years ago. But the landscape isn’t the focus when visiting here. As one of the earliest human settlements in Java Island, the cave is more important as a historical site than a natural wonder.
