Underrated Australian Gem
Brisbane may not be on people's mind when they think of holidays in Australia. I too wasn't thinking of it even when I was headed to Queensland. But 4 nights of stay here and I can confidently tell that brisbane can make a solid argument. I like that food scene was particularly great. I mean they've got a multi cultural offering but the Taiwanese and Korean places we visited, they were top notch.
Food is important but not the only thing. From a memorable kayaking experience on the brisbane river. No better way to soak in sights, to climbing the story bridge and visiting the botanical gardens. I have a long list of activities that did not disappoint me at all. What brisbane needs is a chance. Perhaps you can squeeze it in your next holiday. And then you'll know what I am talking about.

A Brisbane Landmark
The story bridge is a very popular spot in Brisbane. To some extent it is the Harbour bay bridge equivalent of Brisbane. Great Views all around. Besides serving a very practical use of conenction parts of the city. There also are so many activities surrounding it.
There's even a commercial outfit that offers bridge climbing for about a hundred aussie dollars. The setting is especially scenic by the river. You could swing by day and night. Plenty of hangout and eating options nearby. My favourite activity and something I recommend to those are headed to Brisbane. There is a cycling and walking path by the river ride. On both the sides of the bridge. Do that, it's what makes the being there so fantastic!

Story Bridge in Brisbane
The prettiest bridge out there in Brisbane! If you pass by in the day, you can actually walk on it — it’s perfectly safe. At night, take the ferry for a spectacular view of Story Bridge (I recommend taking the KittyCat or CityHopper ferries as they are free of charge!)
It’s insanely pretty and I was so awed by it. You can walk on the bridge at night too, if you’d like but walking on it in the day has better view.

Story Bridge Brisbane is amazing 🇦🇺

Undoubtedly, it is Brisbane's internet celebrity bridge, beyond the film!"
Any restaurant has a great sense of scope!
Too many little dogs (can't help but want to touch)
When I went out, it was raining all the time. I thought I would go for nothing, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it stopped raining. I quickly took some photos and started pouring rain. It was raining and I sat under an umbrella chatting with my friends. It was really chilly~
No need to make an appointment, just scan the QR code on the table when you have free time to order.
There are relatively few dishes, but the taste is still good (I personally think it's delicious). There are a lot of white people, making it a suitable place to have afternoon tea and chat. Ordering a meal will automatically charge a 10% tip
Tip: Apply sunscreen well. If the weather is good, it is recommended to arrive around
4:30 pm. You can
wait until sunset (it's too early and sunny), and then at sunset, the city walk under the bridge is really romantic

Looking forward to my next stay!
This hotel saved my a*s late at night on a recent trip to Brisbane that went sideways when the accommodation I originally arrived at turned out to be more like a heroin house from the movies. Staff answered the phone at 11pm, the lovely young woman at reception was very welcoming, staff were very accommodating to follow up on and refund my accidental double booking, housekeeping staff are prompt & exceptionally clean, the food was great, and the bed and pillows were so comfy!! Hotel location is close enough to everything with plenty of undercover, secure parking access. This will be my new go-to for all future trips to Brisbane!#localguides #hotel #brisbane

Story Bridge
Story Bridge Brisbane. Iconic Brisbane landmark everyone should walk/cycle over or climb at least once. You may have driven over it a hundred times, but out of the car and on the footpath by the edge is a totally different experience, it’s amazing what you see and hear and feel and smell when you on your feet and out of the traffic. If your walking, it like links the various walking/bike paths on either side of the river. If you’re going to do one of the commercial climbs there’s various options, evening and night are definitely the best times.

Hi Ruby! How to have fun in Brisbane, the third largest city in Australia~
Brisbane is the third largest city in Australia. When we went there, the weather wasn't too good, so it was somewhat disappointing compared to Melbourne and Sydney; but this disappointment vanished the moment we saw the Gold Coast~
⭕️Gold Coast
The sand is fine and dense, slipping through the fingers quickly when grabbed; waves come one after another, constantly taking away the sand beneath your feet, making you sink down continuously, feeling like you're caught in quicksand in the desert, even a bit thrilling~
⭕️Gold Coast SkyPoint Observation Deck
The breathtaking 360-degree observation deck offers a view of the 30-kilometer coastline, waves, beaches, and the villas below with private pools, showcasing the best of the Gold Coast
⭕️Site of the World Expo:
Brisbane was the host of the 1988 World Expo. The pavilions from the expo have all been dismantled, leaving only a Nepalese pavilion, so you can still see Southeast Asian-style architecture in Brisbane.
⭕️Kangaroo Point:
Actually, there are no kangaroos at Kangaroo Point. From here, you can overlook the cityscape of Brisbane and the S-shaped Brisbane River
⭕️Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary:
Here you can not only see koalas but also kangaroos, emus, and more. When the koalas are awake, the staff will bring them down for photos with visitors.

I had a fantastic birthday stay at The Point Brisbane! The personal touch of a birthday card and a bottle of wine made the celebration extra special. The balcony suite was spacious and offered stunning views. The room was clean but I would say there’s still room for improvements in this area. The staff's attention to detail and the overall ambiance made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
