Ladakh
Ladakh /ləˈdɑːk/[7] is a region administered by India as a union territory, and constitutes a part of the larger Kashmir region, which has been the subject of dispute between India, Pakistan, and China since 1947.[8][9] It was established on 31 October 2019, following the passage of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act. Ladakh is bordered by the Tibet Autonomous Region to the east, the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh to the south, both the Indian-administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the Pakistan-administered Gilgit-Baltistan to the west, and the southwest corner of Xinjiang across the Karakoram Pass in the far north. It extends from the Siachen Glacier in the Karakoram range to the north to the main Great Himalayas to the south.[10][11] The eastern end, consisting of the uninhabited Aksai Chin plains, is claimed by the Indian Government as part of Ladakh, and has been under Chinese control since 1962.[12][13]

Paradise on Earth ‘KASHMIR’
Kashmir, often referred to as "Paradise on Earth," (Jannath)truly lives up to its name with breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and warm hospitality. My recent trip to this beautiful region was nothing short of magical.
The first thing that strikes you in Kashmir is the stunning natural beauty. The snow-capped mountains, lush green valleys, and pristine lakes create a picturesque backdrop that feels almost unreal. Places like Pahalgam and Gulmarg offer incredible views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like trekking and skiing.
The cultural richness of Kashmir is equally captivating. The local cuisine, featuring dishes like Rogan Josh and Yakhni, is a must-try. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy traditional Kashmiri hospitality; staying in a houseboat on Dal Lake was a unique experience that allowed us to immerse ourselves in local life.
The people of Kashmir are incredibly warm and welcoming. Interacting with locals provided insights into their traditions and daily lives, making the experience even more enriching. Their resilience and warmth shine through despite the region's challenges.
From exploring the vibrant markets of Srinagar, where you can find exquisite handicrafts and saffron, to taking a shikara ride on Dal Lake at sunrise, every moment was filled with wonder. The Mughal gardens are another highlight, showcasing exquisite landscaping and serene beauty.
Kashmir is a destination that leaves a lasting impression. Whether you seek adventure, tranquility, or cultural experiences, it offers something for everyone. I highly recommend visiting this stunning region—it truly is a treasure waiting to be discovered.

Kargil War Memorial
#2024wish
The Kargil War Memorial, also known as the Vijaypath, is a tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the Kargil War of 1999 between India and Pakistan. The memorial is located in Dras, which is often referred to as the "Gateway to Ladakh," in the union territory of Ladakh, India.
The Kargil War Memorial stands as a symbol of courage, sacrifice, and valor of the Indian armed forces who defended the nation's sovereignty against infiltrators from Pakistan. The memorial features a giant national flag, war memorials, and a gallery that showcases photographs, documents, and artifacts related to the Kargil conflict.
One of the prominent features of the memorial is the Wall of Heroes, which bears the names of all the soldiers who laid down their lives during the Kargil War. Visitors to the Kargil War Memorial pay homage to the fallen soldiers and gain insights into the challenges faced by the Indian armed forces during the conflict.
The memorial serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by the soldiers and their families, as well as a source of inspiration for future generations. It stands as a testament to the indomitable spirit and bravery of the Indian armed forces in safeguarding the nation's borders and upholding its integrity. The Kargil War Memorial is a place of reverence and pride for the people of India.

UNFORGETTABLE FLIGHT TO KASHMIR
It was one of my unforgettable flight to Kashmir. Do not forget to choose the window seat to enjoy this amazing view in your trip to Kashmir.
The best month to enjoy the full snow in winter time is on February. Ensure that you get your winter properties to cover your body from the unusual weather.
The Air India Airlines is amazing. Can't wait to visit Kashmir again next year.

live is a LOVE
live your life with someone you love . you wanna live forever ❤️
Beautiful golden paddy field village in Jammu and Kashmir after driving down from Khardung La Pass.
Leh Palace
It’s so beautiful that you can’t describe it in words.
Nubra valley sub-district lies north-east of Ladakh with Deskit village as its main headquarters. It takes about 5 -6 hrs to reach Nubra from Leh (115 km). The valley is beautiful in with its breath-taking backdrop, clear skies, flowing water and transiting landscape. The valley is however closed in the winter.
It was quite surprising to see empty barren land that were all sand dunes! Well it proved to be really fun since I rode an ATV! And let me tell you it was just thrilling!
Funny thing is though you find rivers and water in plenty you will see Sand Dunes just like any desert and camels (called Bactrian Camels) as well.
This peculiar climate of lack of rainfall, cold, dry and high altitude makes inhabitable for very few animals.
This is also provided to be a great place for camel rides! The speciality about Leh camels are that they are double humped!

Kashmir
Kashmir is the northernmost geographical region of the Indian subcontinent. Until the mid-19th century, the term "Kashmir" denoted only the Kashmir Valley between the Great Himalayas and the Pir Panjal Range. Today, the term encompasses a larger area that includes the Indian-administered territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, the Pakistani-administered territories of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, and the Chinese-administered territories of Aksai Chin and the Trans-Karakoram Tract.

it’s a absolutely wonderful place !
heaven on the earth!!
mesmerizing view with endless beauty of the nature .
feels amazing and gets good vibes !!
That mountain, tall and straight like a giant, stands tall. Overlapping mountains, surrounded by a magical temple. The true smiles in the temple tell us about the beauty of life.
The land is vast and the mountains are actually more magnificent. Among the deep canyons, delicate and graceful paintings have become a landscape painting. Here, away from the hustle and bustle of the world, you can find the most authentic and serene and serene
The main hall of the Tixisi Temple, located on the top of the hill. Walking through the layers of stone steps and climbing to the top of the mountain, the Tixisi Hall in front of you is extremely shocking. The red walls are dotted with beautiful murals. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, it is incredibly spectacular.
Now under this magnificent hall, I just want to quietly empty myself and feel the beautiful world of Buddhism.
