london heathrow terminal 5 has the best service stations and shop. the staff were so accommodating and helpful as a first timer there not really knowing what to do or where go. amazing

nothing beats Cathay Pacific first class bed. obviously the krug 2004 with caviar also helps service is attentive, friendly and genuine. does not feel SOP like many other comparable airlines although first class hard product is nothing new and is due for an update the bedding itself still beats 99% of what's on offer at the moment dining quality and options can be improved but i m certain it will #cathaypacific

The location is strategic, just a 5–8 minute walk from the airport with a designated walkway. We had a good stay at Holiday Inn. The room was very spacious and comfortable. However, the bed was too soft and slanted to one side—something the hotel should pay more attention to. I called to request a pillowcase change due to stains, and the staff responded promptly. Big thumbs up for their friendliness and helpfulness. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of choices. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying again! Tip: I booked the room on Trip.com, and it was much cheaper than the official site!

#airportlounge When travelling on a budget most of the time you end up with flight that have a long waiting time which l find very annoying especially when airports are busy and you are not guaranteed anywhere to sit down and wait not to mention how expensive it can be to get some food and drink whilst you wait. lv always found booking into an airport if available a priority as it really cuts down on the time one has to wait also gives you a chance to have a decent meal and drink. The fact that are already booked in advance means you also guaranteed somewhere to sit and chill as well as some surfing and social media time whilst you wait........l can't imagine a long connecting time without an airport lounge booking!!!

This was not bad at all. We had a stopover and my family stopped in for a quick lunch during our layover. All food options were vegetarian. Lots of beans, vegetables, and curry. My favorite thing (and other guests also enjoyed) watching the mini pancake making machine. Service was great, workers came and cleaned often. Food was stocked well. The space is cramped but we found seating fine. There is a scope of improvement with the service and perhaps some more upkeep at the washrooms. #favouriteairline #qantas

Wow!!! Fantastic airport as airports go!!! Plenty of space so never seems to be overly busy!!! Many options for both food and shopping!!! Access for all types of users is second to none!!! Clean,tidy and ascetically pleasing throughout!!! When it comes to take off and landing….i think you would be hard pushed to experience a view like it!! Day or night the constant changing landscape of London and its surrounding areas takes your breath away!!!

This was a very spacious and a comfortable lounge! Available private shower facilities are quite convenient and refreshing after long cross-Atlantic flights! Food and drink options are diverse and satisfying. Recommend German sausage with mustard and potato salad for lunch. I would highly recommend a stopover for relaxation and any catch-up (work)! needs. Overall, comparing my previous visits. I think they have consistently maintained quality and it's very comfortable to spend a layover here. #favouriteairline
