And honestly, the resemblance is really there—but with a vibrant Eastern twist!✨ 📍 Where is it? Downtown Harbin, Zhongyang Street. It stretches a whole 1.4 km from Soviet Defenders Square right down to the Songhua River. 🚇 How to get there? Hop on Metro Line 2 and get off at Zhongyangdajie station. A single ride costs between 2 and 5¥. Walking past the buildings, you catch yourself wondering: where am I? You'll see Baroque mansions, Byzantine domes, and Chinese signs with characters. The Russian influence can be felt in every corner, but with a Chinese interpretation—it looks absolutely stunning!🏰🏯 💵 Strolling along this "Arbat" is completely free, but I recommend bringing some cash (Yuan) to check out the shops, try the incredible Harbin pastries and street food, and maybe do some designer shopping, as the coolest stores in the city are located right on this street! 🕐 The street is open 24/7, but I highly recommend visiting early in the morning before the crowds arrive, or late at night when it gets dark and the street is beautifully illuminated. 📸 Tip: Don't forget your camera to capture some incredible shots!

The cafe's address is Diagon Alley 37—the sign hangs right over the archway entrance. This place is an absolute gem for anyone who loves the Harry Potter universe! The vibe is incredible: a cozy, though slightly snug interior, talking portraits, broomsticks, and the iconic Mirror of Erised. You instantly feel like you've stepped into the Wizarding World. The biggest perk is the fully interactive experience. If you decide to grab a bite here, they hand out complimentary robes, house scarves, and wands at the entrance, so you can snap some amazing souvenir photos after eating. Just a heads-up, though—you might have to wait in line for a table in the evenings. As for the food: you absolutely have to try the Butterbeer (around 50 RMB, I think); it really is their specialty. They also brew a pretty good cappuccino! But when we went, the ice festival had already ended, so we took the cable car to enjoy the view of the still-frozen river. 4. Located on an island in the delta of the Songhua River, this stunning building was created in 2015 by the Beijing architectural studio MAD. The wave-like facade reminded me of both mollusk shells and snow-capped mountain peaks, as well as the turbulent, untamed river.
