My very first Solo Trip to Fukuoka Japan during Dec 23 with amazing experience. Travel by JR and Shinkansen from Hakata Station to Kagoshima, Kumamoto, Beppu, Yufuin & Nagasaki. Staying at great Capsules Hotel in Hakata, tried out hotel with onsen in Beppu & special takeaway hotel breakfast in Nagasaki. The most satisfying sushi during my trip to Fukuoka

Hello! I'd like to introduce , the most satisfying restaurant in Fukuoka that I visited during my vacation last summer! There were 4 of us and we arrived at 8:40 PM on a weekday and waited for 30 minutes to get in! There was only one table for 4 people in the restaurant, so we were unfortunately guided to a bar tableㅜㅜ The menu in the second photo is shrimp yukhoe and potato salad! This is the menu that I looked forward to the most and the reason I visited this restaurant! And it was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it? It was so delicious🤤 In particular, the potato salad was a great side dish to eat with other sushi! It also had mentaiko, a famous Fukuoka dish, inside, and its flavor was amazing! I couldn't help but mention the tuna makiㅜㅜ It was the first sushi we ordered to come out! And everyone was amazed as soon as they took a biteㅋㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠ I originally didn't like tuna that much, but it was the softest tuna I've ever had and the most delicious sushi I had that dayㅠ❤️ And although it's not in the picture, I also ordered sea urchin sushi! I didn't remember the sea urchin sushi I had in Tokyo last time because it wasn't that good, but after eating other sushi, my expectations suddenly skyrocketed so I ordered itㅎㅎ And the result was very satisfying! The sea urchin I had before wasn't sea urchin... This is why people eat sea urchin... I couldn't stop exclaimingㅋㅋㅋㅋ The other menus were all above average and everything I ordered was a successㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's a franchise that has stores in other regions!
