🏔️ Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Snow Mountain, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain) 📍Yulong, Lijiang, Yunnan, China 🕝 March 2025 🚠 The Glacier Park Cableway is the most popular tourist attraction, located approximately 4,600 meters above sea level. Tickets must be purchased in advance and the park's shuttle bus takes you to the cable car. 🌤️ Start your trip early in the morning. As you enter the park, you'll see golden light shining down on the summit of "Rizhao Golden Mountain," a breathtaking view. We stopped at the park parking lot to take photos. The view is stunning, and the mountains are truly breathtaking. 🏔 The cable car ride takes about 20 minutes to the top. Oxygen is essential, as the air is thin and the temperatures are below zero. Even with the sun, it's not too cold. If there's a wind, it can get incredibly cold (the picture shows -6°C). 🌨 The summit is covered in pristine snow and blue skies. You can continue on foot. (In the picture, there was an avalanche at the top, allowing only a short climb.) However, the snow here isn't suitable for skiing. It's more about the view and photography, but it's definitely a must-see at least once in your life. ----------------------------------- 💰 Approximate Costs • Cable Car (Glacier) Ticket: 120 yuan • Park Entrance Fee: 100 yuan ‼️ We recommend buying tickets in advance, as the visitor center is crowded and busy. We booked through a local Thai guide, who helped us book tickets and contact all the other points. We just followed the guide and waited to go up. It was very convenient and time-saving.
