Garni Temple Bathhouse - Armenia

The Garni temple was completed in first or second century AD. The bathhouse is located to the north of Garni temple. The bathhouse dates to the third century. There was a Roman-style floor with mosaic and heating. So, floor was laid on little columns made of bricks as you can see in the pictures. On the mosaic floor you can steel see some aquatic symbols like a dolphin etc and even see mythological figures like Eros (love) 🤍 There are some greek words - that can be read but the meaning isn’t really clear… If you go there it’s better to have a hide who will tell you a lot of information about everything you will see there.
