Patuxai Victory Gate

Patuxai Victory Gate or Gate of Triumh, or formerly the Anousavary Monuments . It located in Lan xang Avenue, 5 minutes aways from morning market by foot. It is a war monument in the in the centre of Vientiane capital city of Laos. It was built since 1957 to 1968 and it was dedicated to those who fought in the struggle for independence from France. However, it is typically lao in design, decorated with mythological creatures and architects by Tham Sayasithsena. Nowadays, Payuxai is on top rank attractions place in Vientiane, which always in the list of traveller who visit Vientiane.
