Heavenly: One of the Most Beautiful Ski Resorts

Heavenly, true to its name, offers a "heavenly" experience with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear blue Lake Tahoe from its summit. The majestic mountains, wide ski trails, and varied terrain attract countless visitors each year. Located in Nevada, near California, it's just over a four-hour drive from Silicon Valley. The resort area is well-equipped with facilities, including resorts, restaurants, bars, ice rinks, and various ski rental shops. The ski resort operates from 9 am to 4 pm, and it's advisable to book tickets online in advance to avoid the queue. There are rest stations within the resort where you can purchase food, so there's no need to bring your own. However, carrying a water bottle and energy bars is recommended in case you get thirsty halfway down the slopes. I always make it a point to catch the last ride down, and usually, the staff offers a thrilling free snowmobile ride down the mountain for the last few skiers.
