Lingering Garden - understated luxury.

Lingering Garden is one of the four most famous gardens in China, along with the Summer Palace in Beijing, the Mountain Resort in Chengde, and the Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou. It is a representative of the Qing Dynasty style, known for its architectural art, with magnificent halls and varied courtyards. The entire garden adopts an irregular layout, integrating garden architecture with mountains, water, and stones to present a natural interest. The garden is divided into four different scenic areas: central, eastern, northern, and western, by cloud walls and building complexes. The pavilions and terraces in the garden are of different heights, and the winding corridors stretch for more than 700 meters, creating a wonderful effect of changing scenery with each step. The buildings occupy about a quarter of the total area of the garden, and their structure and style represent the Qing Dynasty style. In a small area, many buildings with their own characteristics are created, showing the art of garden design that creates a sense of vastness in a small space. The small entrance hall shows its low profile, while the deep courtyard hides its luxury.
