Once in a life time in Dal lake

After we landed, we went straight to Dal Lake. It took almost an hour to get there from the airport because of the traffic. We hired shikara to go around the lake. Our boatman was very very nice. He told shopping boats not to bother us because he noticed that we were not going to buy anything. There were always many shopping boats coming for us. We had to say no to every single one of them so the view was less beautiful. The floating restaurant in the lake was very good. The food tasted very nice and the price was very reasonable. The owner of the restaurant was friendly. Duration: at least 2 hours Cost: need to bargain
